This building is Dadeland's hidden gem. Although its old (post mid century art deco) it is like living in Coconut Grove, with all the beautiful landscaping, bamboo palms & trees. It is completely gated and all secured entryways. The association office is open every day from 10am to 2pm and there's a full time maintenance man who is the most helpful person. The property manager is very helpful too. They like to keep the place clean and peaceful! and yes--she will get on your case--if you are disrespectful of the rules! The apts are spacious and many owners have completely remodeled their units, so they look modern, with top of the line applicances, etc. It has a resort-like pool area, very large pool that is always very clean. The quaint clubhouse just opened a small gym which is perfect since theres never too many people. All in all I give this place 5-stars. It shows in the selling prices, which have gone up by 100% in the past 6 years. 1/1's sell for $150-160; 2/2's sell for 180-199k. Theres a beautiful 3/2 for sale for 259k.

I have been living at Dadeland Capri for 2 years now and even though I have a very comfortable apartment I can't wait to move!! the association is HORRIBLE. Firt of all, they're only opened from 10 am -12 noon. When you call they don't answer but, they're quick to send you a letter for any little thing. The lady in the office is super rude when I called in regards to my parking space. She didn't even bother listen to what I had to say. There's a tree that broke in half on the grass area and they haven't even bother getting rid of it. it has been almost a year! They added a gate because a lot of robbery have been going on. The elevators are always breaking down! They stole a package from my front door while I wasn't home. The parking spaces are extremely small so get ready to have your neighbor hit your door with their door! There's this guy that owns a BMW who walks around without a shirt and smoking cigarettes around the hallways. He's always in everybody's business. Looks liek a total rapist! I can't wait for my lease to be over so I can move from this place. I will not recomment this place!!!!

They're almost sold out. Price range between $190,000 to $300,000. I'm thinking of getting a 3/2 with upgrade package that includes open kitchen floorplan, granite counters, stainless steele frig and marble floors through out for $285,000. Crazy but this Dadeland area has big plans. Dadeland Mall is supposed to change their back parking garage into restaurants and shoppes.

I have lived in this complex for more than 2 years and it has been great. Good people, great pool, Location is excellent!
