removed my review with in seconds about how racist this apartment complex was when I reached out regarding a one bedroom apartment.A women picked up the phone heard my voice and I immediately got rushed off the phone and was told there’s no availability and clearly it says one bedroom available on the and was posted today. It’s so sad the way people are allowed to be treated of a certain race..

I lived at Ashley Place of north Miami for 7 months and had to break my lease due to the utter filth of the apartment complex in its entirety. This place is INFESTED with roaches. NO AMOUNT OF PEST CONTROL CAN COMBAT THIS INFESTATION. The pool is always filthy, the laundromat is so old and filthy and has visible mold and a vile odor. They have been saying that the laundromat is going to be remodeled for 7 months now and still nothing has been done. When it rains, the place is so flooded that tenants cannot get to their cars. This apartment is literally on the highway so keep in mind that it is impossible to sleep with all of the noise from the traffic. If you are planning of having a gathering in your apartment or have any guests over, expect you're guests to park on the streets because they are not enough guest parking. And do not let me get started on the management and the staff. The ladies in the office are so rude and try to scam potential residents into leasing with empty promises. These ladies will actually try to fight with you while denying that they have a roach infestation throughout the complex. They claim that the apartments are infested with roaches because the residents are dirty, not because the building is old and infested. Their AC units also has mold which is so dangerous because residents are literally breathing mold-infested air day and night. These ladies lack professionalism, especially the property manager, Anna. Before leasing here, I checked the online reviews which spoke of terrors of living at this property and I decided to ignore all of the bad reviews but I should have known better. Please save your time and your money and don't lease here. You're better off sleeping in the cemetery down the street.

This place is definitely the worst someone could actually live in. The management is trash, they never know anything. All they care about is their money. No security. Every week a car get broken into. No parking, roaches, very noisy. Honestly if you are thinking of moving in please think angain.

I am a resident of Ashley Place and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is professional and helpful, the maintenance men always assist and do a good job, the pool is always clean and the grounds as well. This property is like a diamond in the rough. I am really happy here and recommend it! *****

I lived here for a few years and this place is a nightmare. They only care about money and will lie right in your face! Overprized apartments with roaches. The old office staff was great but the new staff (2 women) who took over are lazy and always eating, too busy to help and they are always leaving early before the office hours. Awful, rude people working in the office. Terrible place to live. They are LIARS AND THIEF! CROOKS!

I currently live here with my husband. We recently moved in and is already planning to not renew our least. Noise: the walls are extremely thin which means you can hear everything outside. This makes it hard to sleep at night. The people that live here are not very respectful because they are in the pool late at night making noise and playing music all over the place. Staff: the lady in the office is the sweetest person I have ever met. The ac is in the closet which bothers me but is not a big deal. We have been seeing a few baby roaches here and there but not very often. You only get one parking spot in the garage and there is no where ouside to park. My husband got a citation for parking on the street. It's 1.40 per cycle to wash and dry your clothes in the machines that don't wash your clothes properly. When we moved in, we had a brand new stove and fridge which we love.

I lived at Ashley Place for a year I paid my rent on time but the worse about it I shared my 1 b/1b apartment with roaches that place is beyond disgusting. There's a lousy strip club accross the street at night you can't even sleep I don't recommend any one to stay in that piece of crap matter of fact they should change the name to Roaches Places and I rather spend more time in the cemetery down the street than staying at place...

So I moved into a one bedroom apartment here at Ashley's Place Apartments because it seemed like a comfortable, cozy and affordale place to say. At first it was ok, but as I observed the area and got a chance to get to know the environment I was disguted! There is a Club right across the street from this apartment complex! Every Night it is loud, I hear alot of fighting, cars speeding, non-stop music mind you I have a son! I called police several times in the middle of the night because of the noise. On top of that both my car and my husband car was broken into and that's where I drew the line. I put in my 60 day notice and I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE!!!!! I do not reccomend anyone with children to live here. Also the parking is HORRIBLE! It is one assigned parking space and one garage key per household and not enough parking space. I find myself parking on the grass, across the street etc. This area is not safe at all! PLEASE IM WARNING YOU, STAY AWAY!!!!!
