I would RUN from this place. From the outside it appears to be an oasis, it's beautiful: you may never want to leave. The reality is that the property manager Mayda is one of the most ill-mannered, impolite, discourteous, uncivil person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She seems to have no knowledge what-so-ever of tenant/ landlord laws in the state of Florida. Gossip here is in abundance. At the very top of all the tittle-tattle is no other than Mayda. You would assume she would be more professional. This property has stray cats roaming freely about and no one seems to care. You can always count on finding trails of urine and fecal matter throughout the entire property. It gives a whole new meaning to "Watch your step". The laundry facilities, though located in three different areas of the property, always have issues. If it's laundry day and your loaded with cloths. My suggestion is for you to find a facility outside this area. These are just a couple of things I've witness and experience for myself, during the couple of months I resided in this area. The worst thing you can ever do is move into a location without doing your homework. There's no need for me to mention the location: the area speaks for itself. During the early hours of the day, it seems to be a calm and collected community. After the sun sets, here comes the "dope-heads", prostitutes, and anything you can imagine under this beautiful blue sky. A current and soon to be former tenant.

I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy, when I first moved in I thought I would be happy but I was wrong. I bombed the apartment so I wouldn't have any insect problems it was ok then a couple weeks later they start to appear in my kitchen then my bedroom. So I bombed again. It didn't do a thing to them, they were coming out of the kitchen sink every where. When the pest control came it was like they were feeding them. The walls are to thin, you can hear your neighbors talk & walk around, what ever they were doing. The manager promised to fix things but didn't. If she doesn't recognize your vehicle it will be tow away in the middle of the night. If you like peace and quiet thats not the place for you. My last day,I was moving out. I came home,my bedroom floor was wet. It was a large hole in my bathroom ceiling, everything in bathroom was destroyed. So am telling you dont waste your time even going over there.

this place is horrible!!! the ac stay over freezing and black stuff come out when you turn it on.you have to keep it on because it will freeze when its on auto.the roaches and termites run the building they are coming out the walls. no matter what you use they come back i use at least a can of roach spray a week and the manager knows it but does do anything but send this pest control guy that i promise use sugar and water everybody tells her it doesn't work she keeps sing him. i had mildew on my bathroom walls it take to months for them to come and they just sprayed some stuff and it came right back.i had water damage in my apartment due to the old pipes bursting back in September and they have yet to repair the water damages.the walls and ceiling are very thin i hear every step the people above me make. i tapped the ceiling with the broom and it went right through. the ceiling and walls has so many cracks in them and the manager said that's normal. they have so many things rigged up here. The manager has her pick of people it some discrimination going on here i can't do it anymore im out

I have been there for 2 months and I am the most laid back guy in the world. I pay my rent on time but guess what.....I have roaches out the ying yang....they are in my appliances now so if I move they move with me...and lord knows about my furniture. The landlord also has been giving me over the counter stuff that may work for a couple days but that is not nullifying the problem. One day I rented a car and I decided to come home a take a shower really quick and run my arons. When I got out of the shower I saw the rental being towed. Of course I didn't have a placard showing because it was on my car parked in the lot but I was only there for a half an hour. To me that is overkill. The car was in the impound for about a hour....it cost me 100 to get it out. I call the landlord and she lied and said the towing company was riding by so they towed it. I saw my landlord when I came in the gate. There is no way in heck they could have towed that car so quick without her telling. Get this though I decided to check the parking lot the next day and there were two cars that could have been towed. One had no placard showing, and the other their placard was outdated. I also think there is a discrimination problem over there as well. Run from this place!

If you can live surrounded by BUGS and COCKROACHES MOVE IN. I have been living in these apartments for almost two years. It has been safe to me, as well as a constant fight with bugs. Maintenance is Terrible! Roaches are everywhere, you can be the cleanest person ever and roaches are going to be present at all times. The bathroom is always having problems and you would let the manager know and she wouldnt do anything about it. They would come into your apartment when you are not there, which is something that I really dislike. Also, the stupidest thing ever, the front gate is locked from 4pm til the next day in the morning and on weekends; which means that if someone comes to visit you you have to get up and go all the way to the gate to open the door. So if you are sick or if you left the gate keys inside the apartment there is no way you will be able to get to your appartment.
