I moved in to this apartment May 2005. It seemed great at first, and seemed to have a lot to offer. Now, however is a different story. The management staff are rude, and my car has been broken into multiple times since moving in. Also the guest parking spots, which if you have more than on car you will have to park in, are few and far away. The security is sporatic, sometimes being great, and other times nonexistent. The pool frequently turns green and the association is going out of their way to make the residents life hell. Also, there is litte room for renovation, and the apartment was in bad shape when we got it, and needed to do a lot of repairs.

I used to be a tenant for almost 2 1/2 years and when it went condo, I bought my own unit and three of my friends also bought in. There have been some delays in getting cosmetic repairs but they got taken care of. I would reccommend this place to anyone since it is a nice development, not to mention all the facilities, and close to all conveniences.

I´ve lived in the community for almost a year. The management is unsympathetic and down right awful! I had to right to the President of the corporate offices in order to get anything done which is an indication of the incompetent management. The apartments inside are large and comfortable. However, the outside is an eyesore considering it´s located in the Falls area. There is a lot of problems with the unclean and unslightly exterior, parking lot is missing speed bumps, elevators are disgusting and there is a lot of vandalism. Since management doesn´t care about the apartment complex it attracts a lot of riff-raff. I think if managment took better care of the apartments and took more care in who who rents their apartments this could be a much lovelier place. It might be reasonable prices but you´ll be sorry you moved here!

I came to Miami to find a place to live from out of state. This place seemed great! The manager on duty was cool and knew her stuff. I did everything but sign on the dotted line. When I arrived three weeks later I learned that my apartment had been given to someone else who was ready to move in immediately. This was despite the deposit I had put down to HOLD the apartment of my choice.

Not to mention that nothing on the checklist from move-in has ever been corrected. I have asked numerous times about getting screens in the windows and the sliding glass doors since everyone else has them. I am still waiting 4 months later.
