Do not rent here, this place is horrible, tough to deal with, do not recommend. Had a very negative experience, rent is too high for you receive and the property overall is not worth it. Do not rent here.

My car is absolutely ruined because of the 5th floor parking garage. It’s absolutely insane!!!! How could they do that to their tenants? I pay $125 a month to ruin my car :( my tires are ruined and every part of my car is scratched. Even the bottom is thousands of dollars worth of repairs.

Why are residents blaming Management for criminals destroying vehicles. My Father lives there and he loves it. Instead of blaming Management, blame the Police who cannot catch the criminals. Management doesn’t wear a Badge. So tired of reading negative reviews from residents that cuts down Management.

Eve at the district is not what the leasing office will promise a resident. Rents are not competitive. There are multiple new buildings with better amenities at a much lower rent cost. It is unfortunate that the management will sugar code situations and the building and not be transparent. Many current residents are not renewing their lease and leaving the building.

Thought it was a beautiful building when I looked at it but when I moved in the apartment was filthy (despite supposedly having been cleaned) and had multiple bizarre issues including a toilet that was actually missing the seat! They act like valet parking is a benefit but it is actually a massive pain to try and get your car out. While they have security and accept packages, they won't hold them to be picked up which I can't understand. The front desk staff turn over constantly and while some are great, others are beyond rude. Some of the set up is a bit odd, I can't actually open my freezer fully based on it's location and the door to the bedroom and closet are in constant opposition, and (as OCD as this may be) you will never find a shower curtain that will match the height of the bar.The location is great, the view is great, the pool is pretty but I've lived in buildings that provided much better services and it's not like there is a lack of high end buildings in the area.

This building is extremely clean, and well maintained. The pool area is lovely, and the gym has everything you need. Love that everything is in walking distance, great neighborhood. I have two dogs and the dog park comes in handy. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and available. Highly recommended.

We have lived here for a year and it has been a wonderful experience. Its a beautiful building, great amenities, and the cleaning staff, guards, and Management are all very beautiful people. Erin, the Assistant Property Manager, is super communicative about all issues and updates regarding the building and fast and efficient responding to resident's requests. The area is great, you are in the middle of all the shops in Midtown, as well as the super classy new Design District Area behind the building, lots of coffee shops to go to. The only downfall i would say this building has is being so close to the highway and major intersections. If you like peace and quiet, you wont find it here 100%, about 70%, also its a little overpriced compared to other buildings, but it does have the benefit of a super low move in fee, and no last months rent. But overall we have been super happy here! Its a great place!

Beautiful new building with a great location walking distance to all diffferent kinds of shopping. The staff from the front desk to management is great . I had the pleasure of meeting Erin . She was great in showing us everything the building offers and the different units they have. They offer some great move in specials so be sure to ask her about them . Overall great experience

I moved into the Eve about 5 months ago, and it's been the best decision EVER! I fell in love with the artistic decor, clean CLEAN CLEAN lobby and common spaces, and honestly the people. Management goes ABOVE and beyond for everyone living there. I have rented in NYC, Boston, LA, and Oahu and this is by far the BEST rental I've ever been in. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience has been for me. They have coffee in the pool room in the mornings, a pool that lights up with different colors at night, a great gym, it's seriously like living in a resort. Everyone from security and management is always helpful and smiling!:) You can walk everywhere in midtown & the art district, and it's super safe. You will feel secure and comfortable and completely at ease in your home, which is extremely important. I love my life at Eve!!!! I'm not ever leaving!! (AND I stayed through the hurricane and I was safe and comfortable.) Rent here, you WON'T regret it!!!!!!!
