During my time living there, the entire building had a rat infestation. The basement laundry room was also unusable for the last 6 months of living there because it was infested with fleas or bedbugs to the point that they'd cover your legs as soon as you entered. The front door's lock was also broken for about a year before the property owner fixed it, leading to unhoused people wandering in to do drugs in the building. Lastly, property owner refused to do any maintenance on the building or units and became openly hostile to tenants that asked for repairs.

The elevator is always down and its usually its fixed in 3 days to a week. it has now been down for two months.There is only 3 washers and dryers for the whole unit and each one is usually not working. its a hassle doing laundry and bringing groceries since the elevator is always down. I do not recommend moving here.
