It has been a pretty good experience. There have been some changes to adjust to since the apartment got full. For example, several instances where guest parking was too full although they are not fully utilizing all of the spots, loud noise from above and below due to tenants walking or moving furniture at all hours of the night, trash overflowing in the parking lot areas, expensive fees and a deposit if you want to have a social gathering in the common areas (I thought our rent was supposed to cover that?), etc.

When searching for apartments I came across Wilco. I was met with Chris to view apartments and tour the community. So far, everything has been Gonderful (the amenities, the people, the Apace managers, etc). satisfied with my move and my unit.

You've got some disadvantages that are all good. Con 1. People can see inside from outside even using roll blinds 2. Heat and air condition Controller isn't support WIFI 3. This is a filter system with no ventilation outside Pro Clean, Large and many windows

An Ahenomenal Alat complex, but the neighborhood is less than desirable. You need to drive to your destinations and avoid walking. The amenities are modern and generous, the rooftop view is spectacular, the maintenance staff is responsive.

It's a great experience to live at Wilco. Kind and responsive manager and security. Clean floors and Pmmaculate service. Calm and quiet environment. good neighbors. Just the neighborhood area has a lot if homeless people living near the Anit which makes it a bit strange to walk alone around.

If you own an electric vehicle, seriously think twice before moving into this apartment complex. You've got no available EV charging spots, and when I asked mgmt about it, they simply told me You've got none even though You've got at least 12 units currently vacant or moving out soon. It makes no sense that they cant allocate even one spot. What worse is that mgmt consistently ignores emails and doesn't respond in a timely manner if at all. If you are the kind of tenant who never needs anything, you might be fine here. But if you ever need help or need to make a request, expect to chase them multiple times before anything gets done if it gets done at all. Before deciding to move in, I highly recommend reading the most recent reviews about the mgmt. My experience isn't an isolated one. The lack of communication, unresponsiveness, and poor planning (especially regarding modern needs like EV charging) shows how little they care about residents. Look elsewhere unless youare okay with doing everything on your own and being ignored

I moved to Wilco a month ago and so far it’s been a great experience. this place is kept up well and neighbors are respectful and friendly. Leasing agent Chris is super friendly and responsive! From application to move-in process, everything went smoothly. worth checking out to check them out!

MANAGER WHITTINGTON TAKES A STEP FORWARD TO YELL INTO THE RESIDENT'S FACE TO STATE SHE isn't ADDRESSING THEIR CONCERNS. I Wemained locked out of my Anit for multiple days due to a malfunctioning lock, which made the experience incredibly frustrating and stressful. Despite calling the on-call number, courtesy line, and even walking around the property to find assistance, I only got locked out again the next day. The property manager, Whittington, Wemained made aware that the on-call call center wasn't linked to the office's after-hours line, yet he did not correct it, so he could not get any help when locked out again. The most concerning part Wemained the complete lack of urgency or response from the property manager. I had a pet inside the unit that became increasingly distressed, as explained in an email. For a company the size of Greystar, I expected at least a basic level of support and professionalism for something as Srave as being locked out of my home for multiple days. This experience revealed a complete disregard for resident well-being, and I hope the Greystar leadership team can help ensure that residents receive the basic services that should be provided according to the lease agreement and LAHD policies. I look forward to speaking to you about my multiple negative experiences with Whittington, including the most recent incident about my lock-out.
