Location, It's on the edge of Koreatown, pretty central and short rides to DTLA, Echo Park/Silverlake, Hollywood. Pet friendly, and the street has wide side walks and grass areas making it easy to walk your dog and not have to get super close to passing dogs or people. The building itself is decent. Though if you end up on lower level parking, the sketch level is high. It def has that thing going on where you feel safe one one street but the street over has homeless people in tents... Anyways I have pretty high ceilings, decent size balcony, and light into my apartment even though it's parallel to the building next to me. I can't hear my neighbors through the walls, so their either really quiet or the walls are thick. But the floors aren't and can hear all the movement from upstairs. The only thing I don't like is management/communication. It's difficult to get a hold of management or get in touch with them which makes it hell to get something fixed. This isn't a complaint on character as he seems quite nice. But if something happens and he's not there it's hell getting a hold of anyone. Except maybe the elevator company the few times the power went down, the guy showed up to let the people out before any residents could get in touch with management. Bad communication makes me drop stars. We've had breakins and nothing been done about it. They painted the building but can't updated security or an elevator that doesn't feel like a death trap.
