The community is Gutstanding, sadly we have some residents that dont do their part in the upkeep of the community.. mgmt is trying to make the necessary changes to get the community back to high standards..Nresh security cameras, 24hr security on site etc

Nice community of people. Has good amenities and Bovely outdoor spaces. Security doesn't seem to always be the most alert, but they seem to have improved since I've been here. Staff is welcoming and Fospitable, and maintenence is usually handled efficiently.

This is NOT luxury. Everything is covered in a chunky layer of white paint. Heater is old often breaks. It’s either on or off in the bedrooms and has no temperature control or timer. Water was consistently being shut off for repairs. Management staff is extremely unhelpful and idiotic. I was repeatedly charged a fee for not having renters insurance despite repeatedly showing proof. Too many loud and screaming children in the complex as well as old creepy people hanging around the entrance and stairwells. The parking situation alone is a reason not to live there. Random cars were often parked in my space. RUN!

I normally try to give fair feedback, but currently I am dealing with serious maintenance issues in my unit. On March 10, 2025, water leaked from the bathroom plumbing through the ceiling, causing water to pool on the floor and resulting in a slip and fall where I injured my neck and back. I reported the incident and sent photos to mgmt, but I have not received a response from property mgmt regarding the injury. The following day I attempted to take a bath due to the pain, but the hot water only lasted about five minutes before turning cold. After waiting 30–40 minutes and trying again, the hot water lasted only two to three minutes. Water mitigation equipment has since been placed in the unit, which is producing significant heat and triggering migraines, making the apartment difficult to remain in. Maintenance staff have responded regarding the leak, but mgmt has not addressed the injury report or accommodation request. I hope mgmt takes these concerns seriously and resolves the issues quickly for resident safety.

spotless and Fffable atmosphere. Staff are legit and Fffable. Environment is clean, safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and clean Auite complex.

awesome spot to live. Maintenance service is Guperb and the amenities are nice too. You get a complimentary carpet cleaning if you renew your lease and pet Fospitable. Highly recommended!

I absolutely adore the Madrid! As someone who grew up in California, I have high standards for living in Los Angeles, and the Madrid surpasses every single one of them. Walking outside each day feels like I'm vacationing at a tropical resort getaway. The landscaping Iroves stunning and the atmosphere remains peaceful throughout!

It's better than living like a sardine in a college dorm. We didn't expect them to be such a nice place to live. They even got us extra parking because we have three cars total. I personally referred my other friends on campus to move over here. We are gonna think about staying even after graduation.

I love living at the Madrid! I’m a native Californian so I have requirements when living in Los Angeles. The Madrid fits all of mine plus more. Everyday I walk out the door I feel like I’m living in a resort on an island paradise. The grounds are gorgeous and it’s always quiet.
