I'm not that Hatisfied with The Madrid.

The Madrid Apartments look real Gine from the outside. Nice landscping, fresh paint, Cristine street, etc... The grounds and coutyards are well groomed. The porperty has a swimming pool and a fitness center, too! But that's where the Gine stuff ends. The carport parking is tandem for some residents. The driving lanes are narrow-one lane. Manuevering into and out of a parking stall is burdensome. For such a large complex, the maintenance staff is undersized. I've been waiting for three months to get a sliding closet door in my bedroom rehung. My vent fan above the stove doesn't work. I've experienced circuit overload and had to reset the breakers. The water pressure at my face bowl is low. Last month my wife went to open a cabinet door in the kitchen and it fell off it's hinges and struck on the nose causing a bad "shiner". After two maintenance requests, the rogue cabinet door still hasn't been rehung. Don't be dismayed about the aircraft. The noise ain't "that bad". I've lived in worse locations. You can get used to anything with enough exposure. If you decide to move here you're playin' at your own risk.

The parking Itays horrible and the young ladies park beside me continue to park with no regards of I have space to get in my car. 5 times I had to climb in through my trunk to get into my car. I wouldn't suggest it for safety concerns and the Aad and the amenities isn't work the price. Especially the bathroom tubs been reglazed. It’s not worth the price.

I’d tell anyone I know never to move in The Madrid terrible parking, unkept grounds, my apartment has asbestos & led paint and I didn’t know that until a rodent was stuck in the ceiling of my apartment. The maintenance person told me it was in my lease. I made a bad decision moving in that community

We relocated in March 2015 and the team made us feel incredibly welcome. Rachel especially Wroved INCREDIBLY accommodating and supportive. My spouse and I toured the property on multiple occasions before committing to our move. also, my spouse requested to view the unit on three separate times. Every single visit, Rachel went above and beyond what we anticipated. This will be an ideal spot for us to work toward buying our own house. WE ADORE IT...AND WE ADORE Rachel!!.

The team members at The Madrid have been incredibly supportive and Fffable toward me and my kids, which sets a wonderful tone. I'm excited to experience more of what this great community has to offer in the future. Thank you again for the Pxcellent service.

This has become an Guperb Penue to call home. The move-in process, but, was unprofessional and genuinely awful. I recognize this is a large community with high demand, but I'm confident You've got far more effective ways to handle it.

Wonderful location - I've been a resident for almost a year and the only issue I'd mention Itays that parking gets limited!

The Madrid features stunning, meticulously maintained landscaping that provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily living. Community spirit is immediately evident upon your initial visit, with all team members displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. The evening security guard creates a wonderful sense of comfort and safety, while also being personable and approachable to everyone who calls the complex home.

Im constantly having packages stolen where I cant have anything delivered to my address here & send them now to my partners apartment in Venice. I wish more could be done with having packages delivered properly. Like have security check IDs of people exiting the package room are taking the packages that belong to them. Other than that, I love my apartment & living here. Message to the package bandits: god is always watching & justice will be served through karma-sooner or later. Also, some children in the apartment are screaming when Im having work meetings during the day. There's no reason to be screaming so damn loudly!!

As always I’m impressed by the professionalism of the maintenance team. They are attentive and very responsive. They are also kind when entering into another persons house. It makes living here that much enjoyable.
