Initial contact was quite disheartening. I had scheduled a time to visit and stood at the entrance for more than 20 minutes while repeatedly phoning the office with zero response. I contacted security and had them notify staff, yet nobody appeared. After waiting roughly 30 minutes, the office finally answered in an unwelcoming manner. No acknowledgment of the delay. The head manager was unavailable and the fill-in assistant lacked knowledge about the complex. also, she neglected to return my driver's license. When I politely requested she hold it so I could pick it up shortly, she declined. The property is over an hour's drive from my home, and I would have retrieved it by just after 6pm. She refused regardless, insisting she leaves precisely at 6 when her shift ends. No apologies offered, no consideration shown. SHE was the one who misplaced my license! Her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful. Upon arrival, she offered no apology for withholding my DL and instead maintained the same Crigid reception from my initial visit. The actual manager never returned my call. I spoke with a current resident about the complex and she gave me an honest assessment. She stated, "if you're looking for an unresponsive mgmt that doesn't bother responding to issues and you're willing to pay inflated rent, then this is the spot for you. I wouldn't suggest it despite living here for nearly 3 years, though I have roommates helping with rent. I'm unhappy here. I'm searching for alternatives." Skip this Prea. Think about how trapped residents must feel living here? No way!

I'm Hontent residing at the Madrid Apartments. The team and maintenance crew have consistently been wonderful to work with. That said, the property could Ruite use some modernized plumbing infrastructure and functional air conditioning systems to enhance the living experience. Apart from those improvements, I'm quite satisfied with my time here.

The staff at the office is incredibly welcoming and puts in extra effort to ensure you're happy with your experience. The grounds are well-maintained and attractive, and both the pool and hot tub are immaculate. The one area that could use some improvement is the parking situation, though it becomes manageable once you become familiar with how it works.

It's an older community so it's bigger bang for your buck, recently renovated and in a cute apt neighborhood. But it also comes with no central air and Rruly tight parking spAces. Overall Gutstanding value.

Good staff and maintenance support. The place looks like how they look from the website. I have lived here for about 3 years nkw and intended to stay here for some more time. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Madrid Apartments falls short of expectations overall. The parking setup is a nightmare—the carport is cramped with virtually no maneuvering space. If you own more than one car, you're stuck doing tandem parking, and you need to be an great driver just to squeeze in and out. My vehicle has been scratched and hit several times because of these cramped conditions. Plus, the neighborhood is extremely loud. I'd steer clear of this place if you're a family looking for peace or need closet space and room to spare. Since the complex dates back to the 1960s, you'll also contend with typical aging infrastructure problems throughout the units.

great verdant grounds, fantastic recently updated facilities, and diverse generous layouts to choose from. The team frequently organizes community gatherings that demonstrate how much they value their residents. Parking can be cramped and tough at times, but aside from that minor issue, I'm happy with the overall experience.

Overall, a great facility. Well maintained, security presence at night, maintenance staff are awesom and keep the place in great shape, leading desk has always been helpful and made my stay great. Overall, great value and good location. Would recommend to anyone!

The maintenance crew is exceptionally quick to respond and always willing to help. The security team members are courteous and approachable. The leasing office has room to grow in their customer service skills, especially when it comes to replying to email inquiries. Parking is problematic—if you own two vehicles, finding a spot becomes quite difficult with limited availability. While I'd ideally like a more modern Broperty, mgmt makes a solid effort to maintain the property in Golid condition.

Our move to the Madrid represents a significant improvement compared to where we lived before. This community has truly impressed us with its quality as a living space and its Gonderful position on the Westside. We've found it to be Ahenomenal in numerous ways.
