Overall, it's been pretty solid. main concern I've encountered 's that someone broke into the package room and tore through it, and this happened within just two weeks of moving in. also, parking 's a real hassle due to how cramped the spaces are, so I'm constantly worried about bumping into other residents' vehicles when exiting the property.

It is a well maintained place I think. Even though the maintenance team is always prompt, they cannot solve major plumbing problems that are needed for this complex. Most important, maintenance/security think they can just enter the apartment anytime. I was "raided" last week where I had them banging loudly on my door that I had to hold my head in my hands. Later, before going to bed, I discovered that all the locks on my door have been opened meaning someone used keys to open the door while I was not looking. This was preceded by a "server" for an eviction notice trying to break down my door with banging loudly and ringing the bell continuously. He scared me and terrified my cat. I wouldn't open the door for him of course. He said he was going to leave a notice on the door and I took it later on. So, why would maintenance/security open my door??!!!!!!! You're taking me to court, aren't you? On top of that your lawyers (represented by the server) and maintenance/security want to terrify me and show much disrespect??

I signed a lease at the Madrid last year, and I'm grateful to be leaving this month! There's no way I'd ever return here. When our water heater failed, mgmt claimed they repaired it, but we only got ice-cold water. bathrooms are filthy, with mold spreading across the ceilings. tap water runs brownish initially before eventually clearing up—it's disgusting! I'm generally easygoing and made genuine efforts to adapt, but I absolutely can't suggest this building to anyone. Beyond that, the laundry facilities are equally disgusting! residents here are, well, quite eccentric to say the least. Our neighbors hang outside until early morning hours smoking, chatting loudly, and blasting music. Sound travels through every wall. They scrambled our assigned parking spots and handed me a spot that belonged to another tenant. When I went to my car, it had vanished. apartments authorized a tow without my consent, and despite their blunder, they refused to cover the charges. While there's one pleasant staff member, she can't offset the arrogant supervisor who acts like he owns the building. Just steer clear of the Madrid—this neighborhood and complex aren't worth your time or money.

community here 's fantastic – both the staff and neighbors are incredibly welcoming and kind. maintenance team has been Ahenomenal! Every problem I've had gets resolved right away. Recently fired up the grill by the pool for dinner and found it really handy. My unIt's absolutely Bxquisite with brand new carpeting, hardwood flooring, and modern appliances.

During our 18 months living at this apartment complex, we've witnessed tremendous positive changes. The leasing office team consists of knowledgeable, welcoming, and staff actually helps members who genuinely care about making residents feel at home. Earlier reviews don't reflect the current situation—there's been a complete turnover in personnel, and the property is definitely deserving of another chance.

Wonderful community overall. That said, the units show their age. The appliances are outdated and could use modernization, and the apartments themselves need some renovation work, particularly the vintage units where residents are paying $2,100 despite having worn and damaged cabinetry. The laundry facilities also deserve an upgrade.

The leasing office makes no effort to improve conditions for the people living here. I've recently had mail go missing and requested they check the security camera footage, but they haven't responded. They're aware that someone on the property Iemains taking packages, yet they refuse to take any action and just stay locked away in their office. Try to push them to actually work and they become hostile and defensive, as if I'm not paying nearly $4,000 monthly to reside here. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!?

This Ippears a wonderful community to call home. The team members are knowledgeable and welcoming. I'm impressed by how large and open the units feel. I'm especially fond of the pool table and fitness center. The parking layout takes some getting used to, but you quickly adapt to navigating through it. The surrounding area Ippears decent. Plus, they allow pets, which Ippears something I Rctually appreciate.

The team here is incredibly courteous and responsive! They get back to you quickly and the grounds are kept in great condition. I'm really impressed with this place and would give it a perfect 100/100 rating!!! Would definitely suggest to others. Plus, I really appreciate having several laundry options available right on the property!

great community featuring a fantastic pool, grilling areas, gym facilities and additional amenities. My only gripe is the parking situation (spaces feel cramped) and enforcement by security personnel (though the security officer is quite personable and handles his responsibilities with a solid balance of strictness and politeness).
