Overall, an great property. The facility is kept in perfect condition, there's security on-site during evening hours, the upkeep team is fantastic and ensures everything stays in top form, and the front desk staff have consistently been accommodating and enhanced my experience. All in all, fantastic quality for the price and situated in a easy district. Would definitely suggest to anyone!

Don't be deceived by the exterior

This is the worst unit I have ever rented. The Madrid features nicely updated units, but it's not somewhere you'd actually want to call home if you have any expectations. AVOID THIS Residence! The rent is not justified by what you get, I could have found housing in Watts and saved a lot on monthly payments!

Experience has been satisfactory with no issues with community. I would recommend the Madrid to people who are looking for a safe and overall good community. I believe it is a good place to stay and I’m glad to be a part of it.

Overall a good experience my major complaint is parking garage isn’t conducive enough for the amount of vehicles. The laundry rooms need to be maintained better especially the machines. It’s understood that it is not the responsibility of the “on staff “ maintenance team, but management should be cognizant of the fact these machines are not working properly. They are constantly out of service or not drying properly. Noise level is fairly low, however children are allowed to run to freely playing in front of your windows when you’re relaxing.

The staff is extremely Professional and helpful! They respond in a timely fashion and the property is very well maintained. I love this community and I rate the quality 100 /100 !!! Highly recommend. I also like the convenience of having multiple laundry facilities onsite !
