Very slow with repairs and supplies. Absolutely unresponsive collection departments. Watch out, they will charge you all kind of fees for no reason. They claimed they did not receive our check and told to cancel it and send a wire. After they received the wire, they tried to cash the check that they told us to cancel and charged us fees because the check had been cancelled. The collection department told us that they would reverse the fees but never did … lies after lies … watch out especially for Kaitlin, Member Support Specialist; and Joseph S. AR Collections Associate. They are totally unreliable!
