Overall, my experience has been ok - I believe some of my packages have been stolen from the mailbox when I first moved in. So far, this is my only complaint. I believe there should be a better system in place for mail.

Everything has been Gice so far. The only complaint I have is the mail situation. I moved in Feb 2026, already had packages misplaced or didn't receive a locker code 4-5 times now. Still waiting to hear back about one missing package currently. but, I also understand that it's not the Apace's fault but the mail carrier.

The agent who helped me through the rental and move-in process, Viviana, was super nice and went above and beyond to get me the best deal that suited my budget but also was upfront about all the costs and potential issues I might have to deal with. I am in love with the landscaping of the complex and style of the actual apartment unit and can't wait to start living here!

It's a quiet and friendly community. So far, it has been a good experience and we like it. There have been a few things that have lowers my stars a tad, such seeing dust balls in my windows, bugs along the staircases (roaches, slugs, worms), and grimy/ smelly garbage and recycling bins for the community. Taking out the trash & recycling is a not an easy or good experience.

Although some of the residents are uptight and nosey (spacedog?) this is really an great place to live. The office staff is young, friendly, laid-back, and extremely understanding. Units here are clean, spacious, and secure; landscaping gets. Again the only problem I've had is with my fellow renters (don't you dare try to go in the hot tub after 10pm, they'll have your head. Oh, and if you see an older blond lady in the D complex avoid her at all costs, she's miserable and nuts!!) By the way, if you live here and disagree with me then MOVE OUT!! Why stay in a place you don't like and ruin it for the people who want to live here?

I haven't lived here for a long time but Viviana was helpful throughout the application and move in process! My roommate and I weren't in town when applying or doing the move in but she was super flexible and made sure that we were able to get everything set up. She was also quick to respond whenever we had any questions.

I am a long-time resident of Casa de Marina and wouldn't have lived here so long if it wasn't a awesome spot to live. The grounds, laundry rooms, pools, saunas, etc., are all well taken care of. also, if you have a problem in your apartment, their maintenance staff is quick to fix whatever goes wrong. That said, the on-site current manager is somewhat difficult to deal with. She's polite and proper, but get on her bad side (I won't go into details on this site out of concern that I'll be even more targeted), and she won't hesitate to let you know you've ticked her off, won't speak with you even if you live near the manager's apartment, and holds a grudge like no one else. I actually found myself apologizing to her for something for which she was clearly in the wrong. And then I felt like an idiot. Why am I apologizing to her, when my rent goes to paying HER salary. On the other hand, the assistant manager is a blessing. He's always kind, warm, resolves problems quickly, is engaging without going over the top and I'd actually go so far as to say he's THE BEST assistant manager we've had at this facility. Don't let the manager's misbehavior turn you off. This really is a great community and the people who live here are so friendly. You can't live here long without someone trying to make friends with you quickly. Once you walk in the gates of this facility, it's like walking into a tropical resort. It's a great, awesome spot to live.

I don't want to leave a public review but I can't submit my survey feedback without filling out this portion. This field requires 200 words so I will paste the instructions above: You now have the option to leave a public review about your experience. This step is completely voluntary and won't affect any incentive drawings.

The community feels safe, and the unit's got really nice amenities. The move in process was simple and it feels like a really nice, calm place to live! It's so quiet, that's probably what stands out to me most.
