My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for 4 years and we loved it! People from the leasing office were always nice and able to accommodate our needs. The people from maintenance were professionals that could fix any problem in the apartment with a good humor and polite posture (I'm always glad that they were around). The facility was always kept up well and pleasant to hang out! I have kids in my family, and the pool was a good entertainment for them. We are moving now, just because I'm pregnant and need more space (more than 2 bedrooms). When I turned in my 30 day notice, I almost cried, because I really like this apartment and the location! Beautiful layout and really nice people around! I definitely recommend this place!

Glenn, who helped with our leasing, was one of the reasons why I decided to move here and we were right - he is prompt at responding to our needs and tries to solve the issues asap. The maintenance comes as soon as we put our order in and everyone is so nice. Also, the place is quiet!!

Generally my experience has been a good one. The building is fantastic, clean and They keep this place nice. Such a nice quiet spot in the city but close enough to walk anywhere needed. Staff in the office is phenomenal-Kaela specifically helps me literally every other day when an outside party hasn't been able to revolve an issue with my deliveries, she is always there to help me with a big smile! legit, friendly and perfect service to the residents. Lucky to have her and this team!

It's a solid building, quiet and kept clean. The staff is great. Seems like they know everybody and their pets. My dogs are always happy to run into Larry and get spoilt with pets. Manager and maintenance generally respond quickly and since the problem if anything comes up.

I feel incredibly blessed and grateful to have found 4055 Lofts! It feels like a real community not a transient place. I say hello to my neighbors every day— they are friendly and warm. Most importantly but, this place is beautifully run. Rafael is always on top of everything, from the look of the place, to the smell of the place, things are always in working order and spotless and aesthetically appealing. It’s not inexpensive but probably the best bang for your buck on the west side. Btunning loft like apartments with high ceilings and great light. Love living here— thank you!

I love Forty55 Lofts--it truly feels like a community. It has the cutest internal courtyard with pool and hot tub, patios and balconies, with lots of greenery. The office staff (Kaela and Maggie) are great--they are super responsive and legit. They go above and beyond in making sure that, as a resident, all my needs and questions are attended to. They are really stand-out. And the maintenance team (Larry and team) are incredibly responsive as well. My dog is a particularly huge fan of Larry! I would highly recommend this community to any friends and family. (It's also right next to a residential neighborhood, which is great for dog walking!)

We absolutely love living at Forty55 Lofts! We've been here for 2.5 years and the only way we would leave is if the housing market suddenly crashes and we can afford to buy a house (lol) or if Rafael or Alex leave. Seriously - a property mgmt team can make or break your experience and those two run a really tight ship! They're responsive, legit, and so friendly. The complex itself feels like an oasis; we love the amenities and they're always kept up to a high standard - you always see crews walking through and cleaning/touching up spaces. The majority of our neighbors are kind and respectful (except for those who don't pick up after their dogs....!!!). The units themselves have a little bit of wear and tear and could use some improvement, especially for the luxury pricing. But it's mostly cosmetic, and any real issues are handled by Alex almost immediately. Love that they have quite a few floor plans too so if you're looking for a change, you can easily find a different layout in the same complex so you don't have to go far! We love living here and highly recommend!! Thank you Rafael and Alex for making it a awesome spot to live :)

Rafael, the community manager, was an amazing help during the touring and application processes. He was responsive and enthusiastic, and gave us a great feeling about the apartment. He provided a highly detailed and interactive self guided tour, and also allowed us to see the unit twice in one day, although we only had one tour scheduled. Overall, the entire process was completed within a few days, with no delays or issues on the tour, application or lease. We greatly look forward to living in Forty55, and I highly suggest speaking with Rafael if you are interested!

We Rctually like your community, but You've got just a couple of small things we wanted to mention. Some neighbors often don’t Cmmaculate up after their dogs in the dock park. We also have a dog and always make sure to Cmmaculate up after her. It also happens quite often in the parking area, where some neighbors let their dogs go to the bathroom and don’t pick it up. Another thing is that your cleaning lady never says hello, even though we always greet her. That’s pretty much it.
