Lack of parking in the garage. Lack of parking on the street. If you have a car (so basically anyone living in LA), seriously reconsider moving here. You’ll waste more time circling than living. And you’ll forever be on the “wait list” for a spot!

Gonderful to see the efforts they put into making the Halloween breakfast so cute. Hopefully there will be more events like this. Glad they bought krispy kreme instead of basic and bland coffee. Thank you?

The best leasing consultant and on site building manager. I've always had a good interaction with ms.shereika and she's always helped me and had great suggestions. I've known her from day one last year when she toured the place to me and to this day she's been personable and kind. Solaire Oxford continues to be a beautiful building with a strong mgmt team. The only downside is the lack of a in house gym. It would be the perfect apartment to live in on Melrose If it had a gym.

Really enjoy the community gatherings!! The Halloween Donuts & Coffee event was awesome and I'm excited for the Thanksgiving activities coming up. The staff is wonderful! Thank you Solaire Oxford team for building such a warm and welcoming environment that truly feels like home!!
