I spoke to Mindy. During a rental prescreening interview, I was asked for income, and credit score. I provided mine and informed her that my co-renter doesn’t have credit but can and will provide pay stubs and proof of income. She said that renters are required to provide immigration paperwork “like their green cards or work visa.” I said “we could, however- no thanks. Openly, willingly and blatantly showing prejudice and discriminatory policy during the PREscreening. Appalling.
