well management apartment. I like the neighbors and it's pretty quiet. I just move in so I don't have many things to say. but I like it so far. I don't have blinds for window yet but still able to contact with staff.

Not available. I'm sorry I clicked the wrong button and now I have a two hundred character minimum. Notice how I spelled out two hundred instead of typing 200 that is so I can meet the minimum. Thank u.

The elevator of this apartment building makes being here unlivable. It is so slow and unreliable that it has now caused me to seek out living elsewhere. The stairs are on the back side of the building and require going through 2 locked gates which, if you have groceries and live above the first floor, is a nightmare. Plus, the recycling for the whole building is on the first floor and is inaccessible outside of the elevator. I have brought up the elevator many times to staff and am ignored constantly. If I can warn anyone away from living here because of the elevator, I will be overjoyed.

There's been a lot of construction that has caused problems sleeping and moving about the apartment. One of the big perks of the complex is the roof and it isn't even useable now. Also, my car was broken into and I lost personal items. AJ is great and I'm so glad to have David back, but the overall experience has been subpar.

Good location. Nice airy interiors but they need a good deep clean. Keep being promised a new roof deck which never seems to happen but the roof does have good views. Just needs a bit more care to be a great place to live

Enjoyed it. Met great people. Staff is friendly and quick to address concerns. rent is getting a little too steep, I think, so I worry about renewing come the next increase. Wish there was a cart to send up groceries and a better treadmill.

Love the layout of my apartment! My neighbors are really friendly! It's in a great location. Coffee shops, restaurants and shopping just a short walk away. My building manager is great! Very quick and responsive

It's an OK place in a good neighborhood with covered parking and a nice rooftop view. The units are pretty standard and there is no washer/dryer in the unit. The management has been doing a lot of work to improve the building.

The people I've met and the building manager are all great, I am just so disappointed with this building. We were told so many great things when we moved in and it hasn't lived up to the expectation at all.

I've lived in The Kenmore Los Feliz apartments for five years. I love the building, its location, and staff. It is such a wonderful place to live, and David and AJ do such a great job keeping up the building and making it such a great place to live! A special thanks to AJ who continually comes up with creative ways to make the building more convenient and amazing to live in.
