the Manager is wonderful and extremely helpful, but she is overwhelmed and only has one person as maintenance staff who, though also nice, can't complete any task in a timely manner. it took him 4 hours to go across the street and have a duplicate of a key made. this and the owners reluctance to pay for things makes the job of the manager difficult and she is always doing thing that others should be doing. i believe if the owner contracted out to RELIABLE sources for maintenance that would make a big difference, but the one time i saw outside plumbers come in they didn't have their own tools and didn't speak much English and the manager had a difficult time taking them to all the units throughout the day because they didn't seem competent... none of windows had screens which we functional, my dishwasher was broken, there were light switches and power sockets which were missing covers, cracks in the walls and every few days the entryway and the elevator smelled of urine. there was also a roach problem in my apartment though i am extremely spotless and i heard other tenants complaining of fleas and bed bugs.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! It's a roach infested apartment. That's the truth. I didn't even know where to begin. I was here for a year. I had several leaks in the roof. There were constant roaches everywhere in my apartment. I even stopped using my kitchen but the roaches wouldn't stop coming. I told the apartment manager 5 times to spray and get rid of the roaches and they never did anything. Also, the neighbor was allowed to bring his dog into his apartment and the patio that I shared with him and he allowed the dog to urinate and crap all over the patio! Then he wouldn't pick up after the dog so the smell would come over to my side. Absolutely disgusting! He left the urine and turds sitting there for over 6 months. There were flies around it. The managers are crooked -------------- guys that don't do anything. don't rent from this place. You've got so many other places that are so much better around this area.

When you move out you won't get your deposit back at all!. Not secure place. My package lost so many times. Rent raise every year at least $50-100. Roaches all over. Manager screams everyday. Only one maintenance guy.

Previous reviews are No true this is a great property lived here for 7 years never seen a roach in my place. When i moved in the apartment was spotless and i keep it clean all the time. I guess depends on how you live. The Managers are great and are on top of things. They do inspection periodicaly and they fix things that are broken. The People that complain about the Manager are probably those tenants the rude trouble makers who break the rules, and when the manager tell them something they start complaining all the time and you can never please them no matter what you do for them. I have noticed few of them. But anyway This place compare to other places i lived before in similar range and location is heaven.

solid building, Big improvement since new mgmt took over few years ago. The rent is still low compare to other building around the neighborhood. location's amazing, close to subway station, market and grifith park. The Managers are realy nice and they work hard, they are always cleaning or doing something. Most of tenants are friendly too. The only thing i don't like is the noise coming from the street but i can live with that.

Location is great over all. Manager rude she like to yell and scream a lot, sometimes you can hear it easily even you're in your own room, it seem to be normal routine for here yelling at the maintenance guy. Our room have a problem with A/C leaked from summer until autumn and still didn't get fix properly.

This properti is horible i've seen manager with a baseball bat aggressively screaming at people that live in here and smoking in the hallways, yuck... also people from the street break into our cars and stole our things without any problem. mgmt said there's nothing they can do. doors locks are broken all the time and weird outsiders are sen everywhere in the properti. Elevators are broken all the time and they don't fix them.Theres no security or safety at all in this place.Even the mailbox get broke into from time to time and the fire alarm goes off every week and the fire department don't even came when this happen! Be careful before you move into this sh.. hole because you will regret sooner or later.

Great area. Close to Griffith park. There's a Starbucks and Ralphs Market close by.The owner of the building has to be the cheapest individual. I can't really fault the different managers that have been there. Over 100 apartments. No security and one maintenance person. I was told that before the new owners took over, the building was top notch. Security day and night and two maintenance people day and night. Since the new owners took over and refuse to pay for maintenance, the building has nonstop problems from elevators always breaking down, garage door breaking down, the smell of urine in stairwells, lights in garage not replaced making it unsafe, bad plumbing,etc..Someone needs to call Housing Authority. I know they came once because for several months there was no manager on the premises.

Don't rent an apartment here. The manager isn't normal. The manager should stop working. Keep screaming current resident And keep sending messages demanding rent even though it's not due. Late payment. Rent has been renting for 3 months and the rent has increased by 150. And elevator broken all the time and homeless coming took my stuff at the car

I recently viewed the vacant unit and I feel in love. Tile floors with Nelightful views lots of light. 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom and 2 bath. The manager was pleasant and takes Gonderful care of the complex.
