Save yourself and don't move into this building. The so-called luxury status is laughable. RW Selby Co. took over the building from Greystar in October 2023, and the descent into chaos has been breathtaking. If you cherish your sanity, steer clear of this nightmare on concrete. They slap a coat of paint on cracked walls and call it a renovation. The construction noise is incessant, invading every corner of your supposed sanctuary. Remember those majestic trees outside? Gone. Management fed us lies about "visibility" while hacking away at nature's beauty. And promises of replacements? Just empty words. It's all about fattening their pockets, not nurturing a sense of community. The pool and jacuzzi? A sorry sight since Spring 2022. No progress, no explanation. They botched permits, then went silent. They're probably too busy concocting new excuses to bother with honesty. The laundry room? Two years of empty promises. Bike garage or dog wash station? Flip a coin. They're masters of the bait-and-switch, keeping tenants dangling with false hope. The package concierge? Dead for a month. Say goodbye to your deliveries because management couldn't care less about your stolen goods. And security? Non-existent. Robberies and break-ins are routine. Thieves have the run of the place, thanks to management's negligence. They plunder packages and strip the lobby bare, leaving us with empty walls and a sense of dread. Cars aren't safe either--more break-ins than you can count, yet security cameras remain a fantasy. On top of all the neglect and decay, let's talk about the abysmal communication and sheer lack of empathy from management. They're as cold and disconnected as an automated response. You could send a request for a light bulb replacement and expect to wait longer than it takes for a new moon to appear. It's as if they take pleasure in making tenants squirm with frustration, dangling our basic needs just out of reach. They scoff at complaints, treating them like inconveniences rather than valid concerns from paying residents. It's an uphill battle to get anything done, and even then, the results are lackluster at best. Management's inefficiency knows no bounds, making you feel like a nuisance for expecting a decent living space. It's a circus of incompetence, with management juggling blame while the building falls apart. In short, save yourself the headache and find a home that values more than just profit margins. RW Selby & Co. is a masterclass in mismanagement, and you deserve better.

Everything about living at the Towers has been amazing! From the amenities to the office staff I cannot express how happy I have been. James (and the rest of the office staff) is always so help full and so kind. They are always ready to help big or small! 5 Stars!!!

It's a great place to live! It's close to so many things like shopping and restaurants and attractions, yet you feel quiet and secluded. I would highly recommend that others interested in this area look into the Tower.

Absolutely atrocious management and maintenance. Claims to be luxury living but the elevator has been down for months with no word on when it will be fixed. If you are thinking about moving here take a hard pass until the glaring issues are addressed. Used to be a great building but no longer. Avoid.

The rent was reasonable, 2master bedrooms were huge, 2 parking spaces!! and the managers were a couple that lived right above me and they were sweet people. I LOVED THE FLOORPLAN. I also liked the location and it's right behind The Plaza Apartments on Wellworth which claims to be luxurious but I honestly can say if given the chance I would like to live at Park Rochester again and would avoid those other overpriced places. True, the maintenance request weren't always immediately taken care of..you might wait a couple of days (if not a week) till something got fixed but hey you get what you pay for. We did have one toilet emergency once and they were very prompt and took care of it immediately. I would recommend this place.

Towers at Hollywood Hills is in a good location, feel safe walking around the area, with great Armenian bakery's nearby. You can walk to the trailhead of Griffith Observatory, walk to Albertsons or Ralphs, and walk to the many trendy restaurants and coffee shops on Vermont or Hillhurst. The apartment features are nice, you have dishwasher and microwave, fireplace and dark wood looking floors. Not all apartments have balconies, but if you do it's an added bonus. My studio is perfect for one person, fitting a bed, couch, table, desk, and dresser. Management is responsive, as is maintenance. Community is quiet and if someone has a lot of people over i only hear the noice outside on my balcony.

Excellent community in great location. Gelson's (x2) Trader Joe's (x2) and Ralph's are all nearby. Hiking and running are easily done here. Community in Los Feliz is awesome. I enjoy most my view of the Griffith from my living room AND bedroom.
