Steve (manager) has a bad attitude and an unprofessional approach. Lots of unexpected maintenance and the pool/common areas have been out of service and unusable for months with no end in sight. There is poor lighting in the apartments and hallways, and constant loud noises with ongoing construction. These issues combined with unhelpful management make this complex unliveable. It is like living in a construction zone. Moving out asap!

Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment! I've been living here since 2019 and loving it. Pros: -central location and very walkable (several grocery stores short walk away, 24hr CVS, a few food spots, starbucks etc) -very spacious units with a lot of storage space (extra storage space in the building available for rent) -assigned gated parking (lately they added EV chargers) -free online payments and easy online maintenance requests (they're also super fast to tackle any issues that may arise) -friendly neighbors! (a lot of tech industry folks here, myself included :)) Cons: -it's not cheap (but the amount of space and location is worth it) -pool is heated during summer but not winter months. I work from home so it would be nice to be able to use it during winter too.

Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex. I lived here for 1.5 years. My main complaint is with management. When I was moving out, the management harassed my movers which I hired. When I went to let Eva (the property manager) know that it was not okay to be rude to my wonderful movers, she began to tell me I was the one being rude. I was shocked at how unprofessional she behaved. It was a disappointing end to my time here. Updated units are nice, but floors are thin and the unit is only partially updated. I had issues with ants, and leaks multiple times in my apartment. Most units on the 1st and 2nd floors get little light.

Noisiest apartment building I have ever lived in. The floors and walls are very thin and the neighbors are very inconsiderate. From Loud parties every weekend, screaming babies in the halls, to yapping dogs. The price and the space is fine- due to the high noise level and rudeness of neighbors I would not recommend living here.

Please don't move in! This place is horrible. 1. The water is yellow. Many times i put the water into bowl and i can clearly saw the water is yellow. That makes me feel extremely disgusting. So i purchased water filtered to ensure that the water i drink is clean. (the water looks fin after the summer 2015) 2. This place is not safe at all. One time when i walk into the gate at Sardis Avenue around 11 p.m, a homeless man suddenly run forward to me. I was so scared and had no idea why there is homeless man in the garage. then i quickly went back to my friend's car. i cant imagine what gonna happen if my friend is not there. 3.The most important thing is noise. They totally didn't do respect to their residents. during the August to December 2015, apartment decided to rebuild balcony in every apartment room. they didn't come to my room to evaluate whether it is necessary to rebuild the balcony. They simply put a notification at my door and tell me when they would start working. In the notification, they promised they will complete the work as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they didn't obey their promise. At the first two days, they take off the balcony quickly. BUT, in next three days they were missing. No one came to work. i dont know where the workers are. Also they lock my windows(the only one big windows i have in my room). The whole room cant ventilate in two weeks. by the way, i can clearly hear the super loud noise when they work on my balcony and my neighbor's about 4 months. the days may be longer bacuase they still dont finish yet. they work at school final weeks and holidays.however, their work is with super low efficiency. At Veterans' Day 2015, The construction team worked at my neighbor's balcony with super loud noise. and then i called the manager why they are still working at holiday. And manager said: it is not a holiday for construction workers. According to her response, i think she totally didn't get my point. this is a holiday for people to get rest and relax. And as a residents, i had to listen construction noise in holiday. Is it fair or good faith? They make my holiday to a noisy day. They do compensate me? not at all. I didn't suppose to pay 1600 a month to listen construction noise for 4 months. It is not over. The most ridiculous thing happened in December 2015. in the middle of December, most colleges are in final weeks. All the exams and final come together. and students really need a good and quiet environment to review and take good rest. Unfortunately again, they were still working from 9 a.m to 5 p.m Monday to Saturday. I called the manager and asked them to stop working for students who live in this apartment. i told them i didnt sleep last night in order to prepare the exam in morning. and when i finished exam and got home is about 10 a.m. i need a 2 hours sleep for my next class in afternoon. They told me they cant do that. They promise again they will finish the work as soon as possible. and they will stop working at thursday 12/17. and in next week they are not going to work. but, today is 12/12 they still working right now. i paid 1600 a month and i cant get a good rest. In conclusion. i paid 1600 a month to live in a place unsafe, unclean, unquiet. i have stayed in America for 4 years. and i have lived in 6 different apartment. 2901 S Sepulveda is the most disgusting and ridiculous place i have ever lived. they didn't care about residents health and life at all. I still remember one day in the elevator i met other residents. they pointed at the notification and said the manager is liar and the construction team is --------. I cant agree more.

I am moving from Westwood Villa, and I am not pleased. I do not want to move!!! However, I took a job on the east coast and closer to my family. I have read a comment about my home now, and I have been here for over three years. I can say that the staff, Well there are the best and is always willing to go beyond the call of duty. Noise? We live close to a motorway and live in West Los Angeles? If you can't see this when you got here than you were blind. To discredit is only because you have created it. I am sure it was someone who was having the parties and caring on as where management was called in. I do believe you sir where requested to move out. I understand your anger but why take it on my home? This is a great place to live and very Safe and secure. Management is always there for you and if your Faust drips, there are out that day! So if I ever move back to California, I will move right back here to Westwood Villa.

This apartment pays for nothing and takes a lot of money for what you are getting. Nice surrounding and pool area, however they do need something to attract first time visitors, this is it. Look around for cheaper and better apartments, there are plenty in the area. NOISE, NOISE AND MORE NOISE, FROM ABOVE, BELOW AND FROM ALL SIDES, ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS. THE BALCONIES FACE EACH OTHER AND NOISE TRAVELS EASILY FROM ONE TO ANOTHER, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD TO THE DISRUPTION CAUSED AND LATE NIGHT HOURS. OH WELL, TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT ASAP. OFFICE RESOLUTION LEADS NO WHERE...THEY ARE JUST INTERESTED IN RENTING AND COLLECTING !!!!

Great environment and a nice pool area...HOWEVER, you are paying for it, in one way or another. The management PAYS FOR NOTHING. Water and Trash, Scep fees all collected by MOSS. High Rent costs compared to other units in the area. Read you Lease agreement very well and take your time. Do not ask for extentions of payment, waiving of fees, they will not accomadate no matter what your circumstances are. This building is a business and if you expect flexibility, you will not get it. Friendly staff and good maintenance...
