Great place to live. Conveniently located to the Century City Mall! It doesn't get any better than this. The new manager Suzy is wonderful. Close to my work and living in a beautiful community. Can't get any better than this.

STAY AWAY. I HATE LIVING HERE. This is the worst place on earth. They treat everyone horribly and do not answer emails or calls. I literally hate this place and wish I could move.

Prices seem to be average.. Management is great. Very helpful and remains professional, even when some customers come in with a crazy attitude. The property is beautiful and well kept.

I've been living at Westside Villa's property at 1661 South Bundy Drive for about 2 years. I originally moved in with the intention of living at the property for only a year, but stayed on because I've been very happy with my apartment. The property is generally well maintained, and I have found the leasing office and maintenance staff to be very responsive to my questions and requests. The apartment appliances and fixtures are all good quality, and the patio space and apartment layout create a nice living space. If I had a friend looking for an apartment in West LA, I would definitely recommend Westside Villa's properties as an option.

They have different locations but all the same, bad. I lived at the motel like place on Bundy( out side is a facade). Don't ignore the many letters about bad code violations( you will receive them every two weeks)The office doesn't explain so I guess the place is sound?( Most office staff changes so the person who rented you the place probably wont be there) Get everything in writing and I mean every repair every leak and there are many( Keep up your renters insurance!!) The carpet is threadbare and needs to be replaced, the appliances are old and don't work very well! The common areas are not filthy but aren't exactly clean either( except for the laundry room/garbage room the dirt piles up took two weeks and multiple calls when the trash was to deep to walk in. When you do move out no matter what you do they will unlawfully keep your security deposit. Also many apartments have multiple students in them( dorm like dirty appeal). lastly make sure you dont over pay because when you move out they will try to keep any over payments and your security deposit with bogus charges.

If I've known what I have to go through with the miserable management, I wouldn't have wasted a minuted dealing with those people. The manager at that time was arrogant, not honest, mean and not smart at all - makes a bit tricky to explain something. I had 2X2 unit and stayed there for a few years because I needed more space - and my unit has. Here's what you have to know before you rent: ASK AND READ THE AGREEMENT FIRST before you sign. After reading, READ IT AGAIN. That may work, but then again, it may not because the management can charge you an additional WHATEVER - a constant change. Worst was they seem to get a manager who act like ....arrogant and have very little in between their eye balls and was constantly firing maintenance crew. So to all you apartment seekers, look for an apartment who's owner are involved if not managed. It is a lot easier - that's what I have now - same amount of space and no aggrevation. STAY AWAY FROM APARTMENTS managed like the Westside Villas - they're HEADACHES!

I've lived here for two years because I needed a quick place to move to that took large dogs. The buildings are very pretty from the outside, but in the two years I've lived here the interior common spaces have gotten worse. The management has changed at least 6 times and they've just informed me my rent would go up 6% if I stayed, while advertising the vacant apartments on craigslist for $400 less a month. The current management is INCREDIBLY rude and and there is currently a 10% vacancy rate. I'm definitely not staying when there are nicer places going for much less due to the current economy (even this place is going for less, just not to current tenants)

This is my second year living here. I just signed another year lease. I am so happy here. The leasing office is extremely helpful, professional and polite. If we ever need anything fixed, maintenance comes the same day or the following day and they fix everything efficiently and quickly. We love the location and love what we get for our price. Couldn't be happier here.

Westside Villas has been a great residence for me and my sister for the past year. It is a clean, quiet and beautiful place to come home to everyday. From the start the leasing staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a sense of comfort that they genuinely care for their residents' happiness and quality of life. The apartments are spacious with large ceilings and new appliances. I love cooking in my kitchen. There is plenty of counter space. Depending which apartment you have you may or may not have a washer and dryer in unit but if not the ones they provide are new high efficiency units that are clean and fast. My neighbors are also very nice and friendly. For the most part there are a mix of families and young working adults who all love where they live. I really have never encountered noise issues in the apartment. The parking is very safe and its also great that it is so near Rancho Park where there are tennis courts and a golfing range. We are also so close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood and....the freeways. When I have guests over, they all love the apartment and I feel a sense of pride in where I live. I know it seems too good to be true, but I am serious when I tell you that I am happiest here at Westside then any other place I have ever lived. I am really shocked to see any of the negative review as I have had such a pleasant experience.

I have lived here for over 14months, and I love it. Everytime something needs fixing in my apartment it gets taken care of right away. We had a few bumps at the very start of our lease but found the staff to be very accomidating and a pleasure to work with. I have a front facing unit which is a bit louder then I had thought it would be but I knew there would be a little noise facing Beverly Glen since I love to keep my windows open. But once they are closed it is city living. The grounds are great, wonderfully maintained and I am proud to bring people over. Parking is great for residnet but ok for guests, it is street parking and although not as bad as mid-city hit or miss to find a spot right outside but never more then 1/2 a block for guests. It is nice to live in a place where I don't have to worry about what I am comming home to everynight.
