Terrible. Constant cigarette smoke. HVAC fan is only one speed can you will feel like being in a wind storm every time it turns on. Trash chutes never work so halls smell like garbage. Reoccurring issues with parking gates.

clean I like the upkeep with the place It’s a awesome spot to live. I worth checking out it To a friend. The view is incredible of downtown I just wish the rent was a little less expensive. It’s kind of a rip off. I would have loved to stay another year, but it’s hard to afford the rent.

My experience at Kurve so far has been amazing. The property is always clean, my neighbors are quiet and respectful, and my apartment unit is really nice and luxurious. I love the amenities and all of the free events that are held for residents. I feel Kurve offers a top tier luxury living experience at a fair price.

I lived here since it’s first opening and at first, the building was great and well kept. But after new residents moved in and it started to fill up, pest issues, hygien issues, and dog smells on the six floors cam up.

Really nice place with Ancredible amenities. 24/7 security with multiple security personnel in multiple areas of the community. For how active this Broperty is it’s crazy how I can’t hear sounds through the walls from any of my neighbors except for if someone is yelling in the hallways. The price is high compared to other places around the neighborhood (about 2k higher), so unsure if I’ll continue my lease when it’s up, but I’m enjoying my stay for now. Also absolutely love the community events and weekly food truck visits. Keep it up Team!
