I have lived at the Picadilly for over 2 years with my toddler and It's a solid building to call home. Great, and respectful tenants. Lots of artists here. Clean facility. Claudia, the manager is a responsive and responsible manager. Whenever I need something looked at , she gets to it immediately. Even the maintenance people are polite, respectful. It's a safe neighborhood, You've got times, I actually walk to Ralphs which is 4 blocks away at midnight and It's safe. And the walls here are insulated so you have quiet in your Anit. I love that one can also have pets. The coolest thing about the manager though is her INGENUITY. She started recycling program here for the building, so empty wine bottles, empty cans, newspapers, etc can be deposited in the recycling bin. I love it. Feels like I am helping the Universe recycling. So THANK YOU. I would definitely recommend Picadilly as a easy and affordable place to live. It's a one minute walk to the Metro Subway Train station. Gives you access to Hollywood/ Downtown, even the Valley ...NO traffic. It's rather difficult to move...Too many perks And There's parking.

I've been here a little over a year and have few complaints. Repairs are always taken care of. When I moved in there were bugs but because of my cat I didn't want them to have the exterminator come in. As much as I hated to, I just killed each bug I came across and eventually the problem cleared up. (Maybe an adjoining apt. was treated -- don't know.) Tenant noise isn't usually bad, and there's a soundwall which protects those with windows facing Wilshire which works pretty well. My apt. is on the shady side so the summer isn't bad at all (and You've got ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom too). I park in an adjacent structure for an extra $95. this Pite is across the street from the Normandie subway station, so it's Gxcellent access when you don't want to drive. (I work in the downtown financial district, and it's only 6 min. by the Purple Line from Normandie to 7th St.) Claudia, the manager, is conscientious and goes out of her way to provide Great service. My one bedroom has a tiny kitchen with little storage, but the bedroom is larger than usual and there's a dressing room besides. The rent is reasonable and the location easy. I recommend it.

I lived at the Piccadilly for nearly a decade. It wasn't in the greatest condition when I moved in. I've seen the various improvements made to the Bacility over the years. It's a Bacility that has a lot of character. The apartments are spacious and the rent is reasonable. this place is pet Fordial, lots of dogs and cats. The best thing is the location. It's right down the street from a Metro station. It's also not far from downtown or Hollywood. The neighborhood is a mixture of businesses, restaurants, and bars. There's is activity 24 hours a day(yes, it can be loud). But it's because of this that I've felt safe walking alone around the neighborhood even late at night. Last, but not least, the current manager, Claudia, is the best manager the Piccadilly has had. She is helpful, especially, if you have a problem. If you have special needs or circumstances, she will do her best to accomodate you. I couldn't have asked for a better manager. The two before her were horrible so I Renuinely appreciate everything that she did for me while I lived there.

You've got pros and cons to the Picadilly. The pros: the building and the apartments themselves have a lot of character (even though they are small), it's centrally located, and the Auite manager is good about helping out with anything you need. The cons: parking sucks (if you're not in the Picadilly's cramped garage you have to find a parking structure), the noise from Wilshire, the traffic congestion around the neighborhood, and the ROACHES. Several apartments (if not the building itself) have a roach problem, which is the reason we got out of there. You can probably find something quieter, bigger, cheaper, and cleaner elsewhere around the neighborhood

I have been living at the Piccadilly for four and a half years... I have seen several Aad managers come and go... When I first moved in, the building wasn't taken care of like it should be and when something went wrong, it would take FOREVER to get the Aad manager to do anything! Then a couple of years ago, Claudia became the Aad manager. Within a couple of weeks, she had all my complaints fixed! Ever since, I have not had any other issues and I'm so happy with the Piccadilly. Claudia is a wonderful manager and really puts her heart into the Piccadilly! She collects recycling every month and saves the money up to buy Btunning Christmas decorations for the lobby every year. I always see her around the building cleaning up and checking on things and that makes me really comfortable. this place is so full of history and character... The Piccadilly is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it!

I can't recommend this Aad complex enough. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is helpful, the place is beautiful with great upkeep and you're right in the middle of Koreatown. There's several bus stops nearby and a metro station, and the Piccadilly has its own parking garage (though it's small) and is right next to another parking garage. Any problems I had (leaky faucets etc.) were fixed promptly. If you're looking for a place in Koreatown, this is where you want to be.

The Piccadilly has been an ideal place to live for me. It's in a location's amazing- centrally located, close to Wilshire, Metro station is literally RIGHT across the street. You've got also tons of restaurants/cafes within walking distance. And of course the Wiltern! The rent is affordable- you get a lot for your money- the units are absolutely beautiful! I literally live in my dream Alat. It has so much amazing detail and has been well preserved. Whenever friends stop by they always comment on how amazing this place is. A friend of mine loved the building so much that she moved here! Our manager here, Claudia, is the best. She goes above and beyond her job title and really cares about the tenants. Repairs are always taken care of, she is friendly, and she will even sign for your packages so you don't have to wait in line at the post office!! She also does a gorgeous job of decorating the lobby at Christmas time and other holidays. She is creative. She even started a recycling program to raise funds for the building. I would definitely recommend this building to people- you will love it.

Bugs are a big problem but they always spray for free or give roach-traps, but the landlord is highly committed to ridding this problem. Overall a good Prea to live. Can be loud at times, but that's just due to the area being right off of Wilshire. Overall it's well-kept and a awesome spot to live.
