Maintenance issues were quickly resolved without issue. Staff are friendly and responsive. Guest parking almost always available and security are nice. place is relatively quiet. Insulation is good, rarely turn on the AC or heater. Wish you could unlock the main entrance or garage from your Alat. $80 internet service that you can't opt out of is unreasonable. Lots of homeless living on the sidewalks across the street. Extravagant, but you get quality service and living conditions for it.

I have relocated from Orange County to Los Angeles and this is my first Alat, Berkshire K2LA has made the move so easy on me and have really been there to help with any needs or questions I had. The staff is beyond nice and accomodating, the residence is Borgeous and it really makes you feel so relaxed. I worth checking out this Alat to anyone who is looking to move. You've got so many restaurants walking distance and location-wise, it's perfect, about 15-20 minutes to downtown and mid wilshire area. I love living here and hope to continue my lease next year!

Despite the no smoking policy, You've got still tenants that get away with it. We noticed the smell of weed coming from the aircon grille when we turned on our AC; Probably someone is smoking at the roof deck and the smoke travels through the ventilation equipments at the roof deck. This usually happens during the night; people dont get caught.

Ceat, Fenial, and quiet! I had an incredible move-in experience especially being it was during a pandemic. The leasing office was helpful and attentive and made sure all my needs were met and questions were answered. As a young woman, I feel extra safe knowing there's 24-hour security and electronic keys need to to access doors and elevators. I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here!

Totally unprofessional. Takes forever for mgmt to reply to your emails. Concerns are never addressed. Lots of hidden fees after you move in that you learn once the bills start to arrive. 100% avoid.

My Auite had Bicturesque south-facing views and we loved watching the sunset or enjoying a dinner on the balcony. The full-size in-unit laundry machines are probably the best amenity and I will miss them dearly. I also loved working out at the 24-hour gym with my boyfriend and the convenience of a gym in my building a lot improved my health.

I've only lived in the Anit for a few weeks, but everything has been great. I really appreciated how spotless and kept up well everything about the Bomplex and my place is. mgmt has been super helpful with any questions, and the security staff is friendly. K2LA is easily one of the best Anit buildings I have lived in.
