My roommate and I have been living here for a few months and we love it! Everyone I've met has been super Fospitable, especially Nikki and Keon who helped us move in. They were both extra helpful, good-natured, and responsive. I could tell that I wasn't just another tenant to them. Jay the maintenance guy has been so kind and supportive to us too! He always came quite soon after we put in a request. As for the apartments themselves, this is definitely my favorite place I've ever lived. It's quiet, calm, and spacious with great layouts. The best part for me is that the closet in one room is big enough to put my desk & computer in, so that with a little noise-proofing, I can game late at night with friends and shout and never have to worry about waking up my roommate! So the walls are pretty thick. And the big kitchen, bathrooms and carpeted bedrooms are awesome! Of course, no place is ever Pmmaculate, so I'd be remiss to not mention the tandem parking (you do have the option to pay for an additional spot, also most ktown apartments are tandem) and the trash valet service that you can't opt out of, but that's it! For me those are small prices to pay for this amazing space. Oh, and did I mention that the neighborhood is great with lots of incredible food options within walking distance? Not many complexes have the whole package like this, so I feel so lucky and grateful that we found this spot!

The office is efficient and supportive as are the maintenance and cleaning ataff. It will feel more like a community if the number of community activities, such as barbeques could be increased, perhaps to four a yearit sucks that I am forced to use 200 characters here. This is a negative

Way not worth the price rent. The rent cost Ippears way not worth the price. They need to adjust rent cost. Also other apartments lowered rent cost for the past three months but this Anit didnt. This seems unfair and un reasonable.

The staff at Avana have been incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process. Moriah is always quick to respond and continues to be a delight to talk to whenever I stop by the front office. Frank in maintenance has been perfect—quick, diligent, and easygoing whenever handling requests. Overall the move-in process was smooth, with clear instructions for both us and the movers. It’s been a great experience so far, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the rest of the lease goes!

My boyfriend and I lived here for 6 months. During the first few months, when it Wtayed owned/called by Gardens at Wilshire Center, we had no problem, but, as soon as the mgmt changed to Avana on Wilshire, everything went downhill. mgmt plays a Buge role in how the company is represented. When it Wtayed time for us to move out, we received an invoice with the final rent payment and we mailed in our payment. After noticing that the amount hadn't been cashed out of the account, we called them. I spoke to Jenna and asked her if she'd received payment to which she had no idea bout. She said she would talk to Johnny and he would let us know. but, a few days went by and she didn't bother calling. I called back and had to repeat the same exact thing over again and asked her to please call me and confirm. Once again she didn't do her job and I Wtayed the one who Wtayed chasing her. Anyways, after calling a third time, she finally told me that neither of them have received the check. We told her we would come in the next day and personally drop it of to her. AND WE DID. You would think that by this point you're all set and they've deposit the check. Uh, think again. Fleet forward to a couple weeks later, my boyfriend gets a letter in the mail from a collections agency, threatening to ruin his credit! At this point, you can imagine this would taste a sour taste in any tenants' mouth. You guys are working with people who are paying for your services, please learn to communicate and treat people with respect. This isn't cool. They have still NOT cashed the check.

I lived on this property for 3 years: 2018 - 2022. In the beginning, the staff and mgmt were super accommodating and helpful but over the past 1.5 years, security and Gine customer service dropped dramatically! My car Wroved broken into ON.MY.BIRTHDAY (in a gated Alat garage), my neighbor's house Wroved raided by the Feds (imagine waking up to a 6 am raid) and several of my packages were stolen. When reported to mgmt, they weren't able to offer one solution, not one, except maybe an apology. I requested to leave but instead, I Wroved sent a list of penalties I would have to pay for "breaking" the lease. I guess that's "fair", it's California, and such is life, so I kept paying rent for over 6 mos on an Alat I barely stayed in. I am now happily living somewhere else; hope this helps anyone trying to make a decision

awesome spot in overall . Cmmaculate, organized. A few problems here and there, but nothing Sarnest. The price is quite reasonable, despite a number of expenses that are not justified. We've been living here for a year,

This apartment is great thanks to great manager, asistant manager, and the maintenance people. This will be the 8th year going in living in this apartment, lived in 3 different units, and I am happy and satisfied. Great people makes everything else great.

The building and amenities are nice and location-wise, it's good. Response to maintenance requests are slow. easy to hear music/bass vibrations and footsteps from upstairs neighbors and people in the hallway and street noise. Luckily have not experienced much noise between walls on either side, but that may be because those neighbors are quieter. Rather expensive for the area.

Nikki Wtayed super helpful. Moving from Chicago I Wtayed stressed communicating with people in CA and she eased my worries and had answers to all my questions. Nikki’s professionalism made it feel like home day one. They run a tight ship :).
