This was my first apartment in LA - and I feel so fortunate to have found this place! The management is amazing - fixes everything on time and genuinely care about their tenants. There is a security guard that sits outside of the building at night, underground parking, and overall feels very safe. Plus it's close to anything you'd want to see in Hollywood. I could not be happier with this apartment!
