“Bad Management, not at all helpful. Thieves break in all the time. Fights regularly break out in the building, loud and voilent. I made a mistake rent”

Bad Management, not at all helpful. Thieves break in all the time. Fights regularly break out in the building, loud and voilent. I made a mistake renting out an apartment in the building. I wouldn't recommend renting out an apartment in the building to anyone.

I moved here last year. I am an environmental person which means I get everywhere by bike. What's great about this place is you can literally go everywhere by bike. I haven't had any issues whatsoever.

I've lost weight living here. I'm telling you it's so much easier to walk everywhere then drive. It's so nice getting outside and enjoying our So Cal weather. Also the manager is very nice and any work orders get handled quickly.

I moved in here a few months ago. One of the biggest things for me was safety at night when I walk my dog (since I get home at 9pm). There is a pet station and dog run inside the complex which is really nice for me and ultimately made me choose this place over another.

I was mugged and got bed bugs and the manager was terrible it was cheap though
