This is the best apartment building I've ever lived in. The grounds are always kept clean, and neighbors are courteous and quiet. Kyong is the building manager and she is always really friendly, and gets the job done every time you have a question or problem. Esteban, the maintenance man, is efficient, and has the best attitude! Whenever he fixes something, his response is always, "No problem, only solutions". The apartments are newly-renovated with plank floors, brand new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, sinks, fixtures, lighting, appliances, etc, and the building has everything you could want: air conditioning, covered parking, pool/hot tub, gym, and outdoor courtyard space. Not only is the building great, but the location can't be beat. Right in the heart of Koreatown, close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. (The Wiltern Theater is a 7-minute walk) It's a dream come true for people who love to walk: you're close to everything!
