Pros : near by Wilshire blvd for Work Good Access to Subway stations, Bus stop Cons : You can hear everything about your upper floor. on First day in this Apartment I saw Overfloor from Sewer. All tenant using back stairs not elevator So Weird. And all noise coming from the stairs even midnight. Cockroach playing in your Kitchen. Manager not living in the Apartment so Nobody can't help. Last - When you leaving, You will received big money invoice from Manager for repair. I just lived in 10 month but they charged $720 for repair. Totally amazing Amartment & landlord.
