SCAMMERS BEWARE. This place scheduled a viewing for me and Jesse Abundis never met me so I sat on the curb for 30 minutes talking to management who kept telling me "Someone will be out at any moment" and wasted my entire morning. This business is an example of how NOT to run a business. ps. There are unhoused people all around the building, it's full of graffiti and looks like trash from the outside.

This is literally the WORST apartment complex in Los Angeles. There are homeless people sleeping in the storage unit of the garage and the management refuses to do anything about it. Cars are stolen and broken into constantly. 2 cars were stolen on nye. The trash is absolutely overflowing everywhere in the parking garages and we’ve complained for over a month and they’ve done nothing about it. The fire alarm has been pulled every single day and night for the past 5 days straight and they refuse to do anything about it. In addition my kitchen sink has overflown and flooded our kitchen 4 times! We cant sleep, we live in trash, our cars get broken into and stolen, our kitchens are flooded, and the management does absolutely NOTHING! NEVER EVER LIVE HERE!

Please, for your own sanity, stay away! This place is absolutely awful and has the worst management imaginable! My apartment has been uninhabitable from the first day I moved in. I was lied to about the condition of the unit in regard to noise from the 8 HVAC units on the roof, just above my apartment. These units keep me awake most, if not all night, due to the noise that they emit, and the vibrations from them are so strong that I can feel it through my floors and walls. Further, in spite of numerous experts that the management company hired, the repairs have not been made. They just decided to ignore what their experts said, and continued to collect my rent money, while all the long misleading me that they are working on the problem. When I threatened to sue, they stop providing me with any services whatsoever. So what did I do? I filed suit, I had no choice. The case is pending and has been set for trial. My car has been vandalized twice and the bldg. mgmt. office was broken into and the master key was stolen. Horrible, horrible security yet, in their ad, they claimed "Onsite security." That's fiction too!
