I have lived in this building since the day it opened. We have been the only tenants to live in our apartment. Since we have lived here there have been about six different managers. One of the managers was actually assaulted by a tenant and she left. The managers here have a lot to deal with because of the quality of people that live in this building. We have had a bedbug problem cockroach problem and termite problem. They do call the exterminator to come to your apartment but you have to move everything like you're moving out and the bugs always come back even if you keep your apartment very clean. This is because other tenants living around you keep their apartments filthy. We have a laundry room where it alternates between the washers being broken or the dryers being broken. We had one of our vehicle stolen from inside the parking lot. Although there are cameras all over the building they seem to be pointless because if you asked to see footage they say no . This year has been the worst year for us . We are in the process of looking for somewhere else to live because the quality of people that live here has gone down drastically. A lot of --------- tenants who have a lot of free time on their hands will for sure be in your business. Everyone in our household works so we are hardly home and even so they find ways to harrass us. There are drug dealers a bunch of noisy kids who are allowed to run the around with no parental supervision . I would not recommend this place to people who have children.
