I have lived here a while. My current concern is a recent increase and disregard for other tenants by some tenants in the building with regard to noise! In particular, floor three on the North side of the building. In addition to the other review, there has been a band playing almost every day for hours at a time! This has gotten out of hand! This goes against the "implied covenant of quiet enjoyment"! I hope the landlord resolves this issue immediately! Warning to prospective tenants! I have begun looking at other options.

I wouldn't recommend moving into this place anytime soon. There's been a full band practicing on the second floor every day for the past month. It's brutal. The sound resonates throughout the whole building. It's really annoying unless you're in a band and want to jam with those guys.

When chani was here everything worked like clockwork right now I have no idea who the manager is I left requests for maintenance no reply for 6 months. The building is dirty and everything is broken. It's a --------.

Apartment has animal feces all over the parking lot....people always drinking and smoking all types of drugs in the back and on side of the building. Numerous times Ive seen people in the garage who dont live in this place. Management is very shady, if you ask the current manager " Chani " to talk to someone above her, she will not give out the number. Very Very Shady. With the new management, there is no more cleaning people who used to mop floors and clean around. The people who would blow out all the cat crap dont show up anymore either...Hmmm could be because the new manager trying to pocket some money?? The place is disgusting and smells like cat poo the second u step inside the parking lot. Save your money and dont move into this hell hole. And last but not least the place is falling apart.

I have lived at Las Palmas for two years now and I have no plans on moving. Bonus's-Walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl and all the shops and restaurants near Hollywood and Highland, and the pool doubles for a heated jacuzzi at night. Also- there is a maintenance guy here 5 days a week- so problems get fixed. Plus- secure gated parking and key entry to everything, even the elevator! For the size I have not found a better deal. Con- No gym. But Runyon Canyon is just down the street, which I prefer anyway.

Great place - I have lived here for few years,I have continued to live here because the management is very nice and maintenance is quick and have not found a reason to move anywhere else. The apartments are maintained well and specially the new manager is very friendly and helpful. I have been completely satisfied by the experience here. Without a doubt it is one of the nicest, cleanest, and friendlest places I have ever lived! The area is wonderful; stores, shopping, and places to eat a second away. The area is safe and features a tons of parks and walkways.

This building is now under new ownership and has a new management company. Pinnacle is devoted to customer service and providing a clean and updated living environment. The building is constantly being updated and the units now have new stainless steel appliances and custom paint colors. Stop by and see the place. Prices are good and customer service is fabulous.

I lived in the Las Palmas Apartments for a year and it took FOREVER for the credit check, my car was broken into in the SECURITY garage.. people are mean. Bad place to live! Then, they took my deposit and I only got half of it back! They let my third roommate who moved out NOT pay her third of the rent, so my other roommate and I had to suffer with an extra $500!! NOT WORTH IT!
