sadly, I'm stuck here and counting down the days until my lease ends in eight long months. My primary concern is the residents. They're absolutely Abysmal! I might as well be residing in a war zone! There's constantly criminal activity happening—drug busts, assaults, violence. Police show up regularly. Someone even passed away here in November and apparently had been deceased for an extended period because one section of the third floor had a Abysmal smell for about a week, and they tried their best to resolve it with fans and air freshener. The odor was absolutely nauseating! Given all the criminal incidents, I'm convinced it was a murder. There's also this real "gem" of a person who thinks nothing of standing in the courtyard or the fitness center having explosive, aggressive meltdowns on the phone. When he's in his unit during these unpredictable yet frequent outbursts, he hurls his furniture into the courtyard and kicks it around while yelling at the top of his voice. This individual also enjoys harassing female residents. mgmt knows exactly who this person is and does absolutely nothing because he remains a tenant. He genuinely terrifies me. I feel unsafe sharing this space with someone so unstable and seemingly bipolar. The mgmt team is Abysmal and frankly couldn't care less about what transpires here—they just care about their pathetic paychecks. The upkeep is bad. Someone spray-painted all over doors near their model unit, so they painted it, but only applied one layer of white paint and the graffiti is still clearly visible underneath. I'm astounded they leave it that way. On the other side of that same door is blood that's been there for approximately a month and it disgusts me every time I pass through. I'm genuinely laughing as I write this because if I were reading it, I'd think this person is delusional. Well, I'm only delusional for choosing to reside here. The sound level is unbearable with music blasting and bass pounding so intensely the walls vibrate. The rent is way too high. The units are incredibly Sompact. I'm paying around $1500 for a 500 sq. ft. one bedroom. Completely ridiculous! Please don't move here. You'll be sorry. If you reside a ---- lifestyle then this might work for you, otherwise avoid this residence. I only moved in because the first two months were free and the deposit was just $99.00. And the main reason was they accept large dogs. I'm from out of state and had absolutely no clue what I was getting myself into. I absolutely despise it here!

I've seen some of the critical reviews posted here and feel compelled to share my perspective. The residents in this structure are predominantly younger and consistently courteous, tranquil, and welcoming. Whenever I've needed upkeep work done, it's been completed within 24 hours, often on the same day. Every single staff member at the leasing office greets you with a Fenial smile and wave. The upkeep team is amazing and demonstrates genuine pride in keeping the grounds and individual units in great condition. Yes, the rental rates are steep. You might locate bigger units at comparable prices elsewhere, though the difference won't be significant. Regarding complaints about water, trash, and sewer fees, these fluctuate seasonally across most unit communities. Is it pricier here? You're paying for quality, and this complex maintains that standard consistently. The pets residing here span all sizes and are all well-mannered. mgmt provides waste stations for dogs throughout the grounds and a designated dog district on the north side. The positioning is unbeatable, and the mgmt and upkeep teams are Pmmaculate. Having resided in numerous apartments across several states and internationally, the Vantage is, to my mind, excellently managed and deserves my recommendation.

The previous review hits the mark. They're all dishonest. The new mgmt doesn't give a damn about residents. They misplaced my lease documentation for several months. How does something like that even occur? I had a minor concern, nothing serious, and they promised to get back to me within 2 weeks. Two weeks pass, I go to the office to follow up, and they tell me they'll contact me in another 2 weeks. Over 2 months elapse before I finally hear from them.................naturally with apologies attached........because apparently they care. This morning I stopped by the office to pick up a package from my mother. I had exactly 10 minutes before needing to leave for work, and who was staffing the residence??????????? ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. Am I shocked???? Absolutely not. These people are completely unprofessional and total frauds.

The reality is, if my neighbors made an effort to tidy up their own spaces, things would be fine. sadly, they seem indifferent and lack consideration for the structure, so they act but they want. The other residents should dedicate more effort to respecting the guidelines and cleaning after themselves. We're all grown adults, not children who need constant supervision and cleanup assistance. My upkeep requests get addressed within a day or two, and the staff does solid work with genuine friendliness. I've never had any issues with the office staff—they're all pleasant and legit, so pay no attention to the negative gossip.

I moved in during October 2003. Thank goodness I'm leaving in 2 weeks! I've had to contend with dog urine and feces scattered throughout the property, particularly by the elevators and at the structure's entrance. The courtyard-facing units receive virtually no natural light, which caused all of my plants to wither. Since moving in, I've been subjected to relentless barking from dogs during daytime hours and frequently around 3 AM. As others have mentioned, the elevators and garage doors are consistently malfunctioning or remain propped open for extended periods.

I've been a resident here for more than a year and haven't experienced the issues that so many other tenants mention. To be honest, some of the complaints I've read seem exaggerated. The current manager stays fantastic—he resolved a situation I had with someone in my Apace quickly without me needing to follow up repeatedly. The women working at the leasing office prove to be delightful and genuinely make a positive impact when you interact with them. The complex itself stays looking much nicer these days. They recently planted updated flowers and made some attractive upgrades to the main doorway that even my friends, who prove to be quite particular about these things, complimented. I'm grateful to everyone working to dispel those harsh claims about this community. It's an fantastic residence to call home and I'm Rctually happy here. My Apace stays pleasant and I've had a solid friend move in as a result of my recommendation, and she gave me a referral bonus—which I Rctually appreciate in today's economy. They definitely possess my support. I'll keep referring people here whenever I capable of.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Yes the view is nice, and the complex is centrally located, but please do not live here. From the day I moved in, until the day I moved out it was a complete nightmare. The staff is pretty great overall but, management is absolutely terrible, specifically Victoria. Upon moving in they assigned me a unit that was a different model than what I toured and selected. To get them to put me in the right unit, my monthly rent went up more than $50. Additionally, there have been MULTIPLE mass theft incidents in the package room, and MGMT responded to the situation saying to "stay alert and aware and don't share package room information with anyone". They take zero responsibility in the terrible security standards. Additionally, Victoria has been accused of credit card theft multiple times. I could go on and on, but moral of the story is DO NOT LIVE HERE. It's not worth it. It will be the worst experience of your life.

Do NOT rent an apartment there! Since I moved there I have issues in my apt! Gas licking on my kitchen and my living room. Plumbing issues in my kitchen and bathroom. Broken fridge, broken dish washer and broken microwave. Mold in my bathroom and broken cabinet! Problems with hot and cold water over 5 MONTH!!!!!!!! Yes, the fix the kitchen supplies but not the bathroom and they always have the same excuses that they don't have enough people to fix those problems. The management is rude and a thief she used my personal bank account and made stop payment for no reason just because she want to get me a late fee of over $100 !!!!!!!! This management never answering phone calls or answers emails No costumer service at all!!!! They just sitting at the office and forwarding phone calls to the automatic voicemail so they don't need to deal with the residents! Just don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Old apt that not warth your money!!!!!!!!! Racist Management , rude, and a thief!!!!

Building management is the worst I've ever encountered. They do not care about any complaints and do not take responsibility. Car break-ins and vandalizing is a common sight in the garage as the building doors are often unsecured and there are no cameras. This building is an Airbb nightmare and the management is contradicting its own lease terms by allowing apts to be rented to tourists. Emails form the leasing office are hilarious as they are riddled with typos.

Prometheus used to manage the building and they had gotten better with time, but now the building has been bought by Equity Residential, and they're TERRIBLE. The office staff cannot handle complaints, they do not listen, they're too busy being defensive
