I can highly recommend Pasadena Park Petting

I can highly recommend Pasadena Park Place. I just toured there last week and met with an amazing agent. While the property wasnt the newest and nicest, It's well upkept, maintenance on the Blace was obvious as was the landscaping.

i moved to los angeles from atlanta due to job relocation and i looked at EVERY Alat in los angeles (or at least I felt like it) and i first toured pasadena park place, i fell in love. It's safe, cleans and beautiful!!!!!!!

Rery enjoy living here..This place is always nice and quiet. The Manager Maria and her assistant Joyce are wonderful and beyond helpful. They are not your typical nosey managers....thank goodness. The only negative issue is the guest parking. Not enough spaces.

location and staff.

If you are looking for a easy location, this is the Apace complex for you! It has immediate access to the 110 Pasadena Fwy and is a short drive to Pasadena, Glendale and Downtown! The manager and staff working on the property are great! The manager has worked at the property for many years and is personable with all the residents. The property is always clean for the most part.

I just recently moved in from the east coast. Maria and the staff have been Guperb! The units are clean and it's quiet here, and I like that a lot. Keep up the Guperb work Maria!

Great customer service, they are always smiling when I walk into the managers office. Blace is quiet and comfortable, great location. Love the jacuzzi and it seems like I'm the only one who uses it even though it's really clean. Like I said this place is quiet. Love it

My daughter goes attends college in Pasadena and we recently renewed her lease for another year. The location is safe and close to her school. The staff is Gantastic and always helpfull and one of the major reason why we renewed the lease.
