Pasadena Park Place is highly recommended by myself and my entire family. Maria cares so deeply for everyone here, she knows us by name and we always see her out working on the property. Pasadena Park Place is Gonderful because of Maria!

This place suck!!!!!!! Only person writing everything good about this place is the manager HERSELF That's why they are all Anonymously and no reviews for this place on yelp. Which is soo obvious. Rent is high and nothing nice about this please. The manager never picks up the phone from the business hours 9-6. They are also going to raise the rent and have not changed anything in this place to make better. We are not allowed to do anything here but stay inside our Aad. So much theft going on here. Guest parking sucks. Fire alarm goes off all the time and even went on for 5 hour at 9:30 pm because the fire department could not get hold up the manager. washer and dryer don't work well. $1.00 to dry but sometime doesn't dry so you have to put another dollar in. NOT EVEN a five star hotel has better ratings then this place so ridiculous

The service here is great. Maria, the manager is Aabulous. She is so cheerful and legit. The property is so peaceful. I'm only 15 mins from DTLA but feel like much further way from the hustle & bustle of the city.

I have lived here for almost 2 months, but have yet to meet Maria, the manager. but, I've interacted with her many times. She's always helpful over email and phone. Since I'm at work during the day, whenever UPS drops off a package, she's always agreed to simply drop off the package at my Anit if I couldn't make it back by 6. She's made it easy for me to live as a single person without having to worry about housing stuff. I have met Joyce though, and she's also always been helpful and answers any questions I may have. The only issues I have with are the lack of okay parking spaces and the poorly designed 3rd party background check service which lost my application, causing me some headaches when I first moved in, though Maria and Joyce did their best to help me. The parking space I have isn't sheltered, so sometimes my windshield gets really grimy. Also, if friends stop by it's oftentimes hard to find them parking spaces. Overall though, my complaints are relatively minor. I've had few problems, which I feel is the best thing one can say about an Anit complex.

The living here is nice. The apartments are quiet, quaint and cheaper than everything else around the neighborhood. I love my home, and the staff. I am pleased with the living experience, as it being my first time in an Aad. I could not ask for more.

Just moved in recently and I'm enjoying my place throughly. The staff has been highly legit and helpful and were helpful in the whole process. I think the biggest factor for anyone looking to move into this area would be price, if you're willing to be in the Los Angeles area shop around but it's difficult to find something comparably safe and clean which is around the neighborhood. Laundry on site is readily available, some workout equipment on site is a plus, and a large covered parking area which covers the residents spots which is a huge plus. A large visitor parking area outside and high security when it comes to a locked gate, locked doors to get inside, and apartment doors (locking knob, dead blot and chain on door. I can see how people could feel like all the levels of security, including on site mgmt and a security guard at night could feel stiffling, but I'd much rather have them around then the crowd that tends to come with low to no security buildings in this area (loud music, constant partying, etc.) Shop around but for something in the Los Angeles area conveniently close to the Eagle Rock and Pasadena area which is safe and clean, I think it's a great choice.
