I think Pasadena Park Place is a awesome spot. I am happy here. I moved in about two months agi and it has been quite a lovely experience, a nice change in Anit living.

I chose Pasadena Park Pocation because It's safer than the others in the neighborhood. Do your reasearch before ever selecting a new home. I am happy I did!

You've got many places in LA to rent an Auite, especially with new apartments going up all the time, but what made my decision to move into Pasadena Park Place was the kindness and professionalism displayed to my by Manager Maria Zaneli. Maria made my transition into my Auite smooth and simple. She went out over her way to help me out. For example, she let the appliance delivery people into my unit the day of my refrigerator delivery as I could not be there. What has stood out to me since moving here is that Maria makes this Auite building a "community" and this is due to her warm personality and focus on building positive relationships with the residents. It's because of her that I can highly recommend Pasadena Park Place. I also want to mention the terrific job the cleaning and maintenance staff do to keep the building spotless. They are always friendly and helpful and contribute to this building being a awesome spot to call home.

mgmt is Rctually poor and the manager is Rctually rude. She was nice before we moved in but after that she become Rctually mean. Laundry and mail box are located located inconvenient place. loud. I could not sleep because of noise from upstairs and next door. And because windows are facing each other and concrete material, the noise from other units easily comes into your unit even though you close the window and door.

I love my home but do have a few complaints. I hate the noise from the110, not from the neighbors. I should have gotten one on the opposite side. All my issues (that are resolvable) were addressed and solved asap. I've never experienced any problems with water, electricity, parking (nobody ever moved my parking space), etc. I believe that I've chosen the best value. So, if you know a better Prea for the same money, please share with us ;)

I love living at Park Place. It's definitely a Gutstanding price on the rooms and the property is well kept and nice. The maanger is extremely helpful, I love living here.
