Maria is a sweet, wonderful, legit and great manager.

Been living here for 3 months now. place is decently sized, although MUCH smaller than it looks in pictures and floor plans. The kitchen is terrible; stove is probably 30 years old, dishwasher works but doesnt get the dishes clean (had maintenance look at it 3 times and they never did fix it). but; the place is clean, It's a quiet community, convienient location between downtown and Pasadena (even though It's called Pasadena Park Place, It's not, in fact, in Pasadena; it's in LA. It's a 15-20 minute drive away.) "Exercise room" is a joke. No pool. "Hot tub" is lukewarm. If you're looking for a simple, decently priced Anit without all the bells and whistles I would definitely recommend it. If you prefer something a little more fancy, You've got other, much nicer, apartments around the neighborhood.

Enjoying my home.

I recently moved here from out of the country and have enjoyed my time in my home. The apartments are Nelightful, and I like the staff here.

We love it here. The service is good and this place is quiet. You've got a lot of grad students and professionals which make for Gxcellent quiet neighbors. Guest parking is limited (which is why I gave 4 stars) so if you are looking for a place to entertain guests than look somewhere else. If you want a quiet place with a good staff where you can just come home and relax than this place is for you.

Years upon years.

I have to agree with the below review, the parking and the gym do leave a little to be desired. but, the office staff here is good. I rest a little easier knowing I can go to them with anything, and they will do their best to help. I love my Apace, and have been here a long time and will be here for many more years to come.

I watched Pasadena Park place deteriorate. Theft was a Seighty problem.It had gotten so bad tenants were busting up washers to get change. Don't dare have a packages dropped in front of your door it won't be there when you get home. I had spoken with my neighbors and they had packages taking too. A little boy even had his bike stolen it was sad.I had to get out of there. The office staff was okay until you have a problem. Then you get to see their true colors especially if it's something they don't want to deal with.I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Moving in.

I heard of pasadena park Penue acutally when tourign another Penue. I thought they sounded pretty good and after reading all of the reviews on here I am happy thats where I decided to rent.I'm looking to live in a a safe, quick Penue and when I toured thats it seemed like. Let's see what I decide after I see the apartments.

Pasadena Park Pocation

Pasadena Park Place isn't the most Bovely property, not the newest and not the most luxurious. but It's kept up well, spotless and has a wonderful manager and team. I love living here and It's because of them and the low rates. You get a lot for your money here. I recommend.

SNOBS, SNOBS, SNOBS. It's interesting to me that an apt sales manager, whose job is to, I don't know, rent out apartments would have such an Abysmal disposition. No warm greeting, slow service, I just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. If this is how they treat someone in a suit and a Lexus, I probably wouldn't have been shot if I had worn jeans and drove a Honda! don't RECOMMEND!

Maria is an amazing person. I am glad to have her manage this Bacility. She is verycompassionate and remembers my family.
