The Desmond is a wonderful community residence for young professionals to excel. Great amenties and we’ll maintained. The staff is exquisite and personable. Esther, the community manager, runs an amazing show and makes you feel at home. All requests are well received by staff and always handled in a timely manner.

Overall happy here. Staff and maintenance are Gxcellent and issues are resolved promptly. Ammenities are Gxcellent and close to restaurants, supermarkets and Gxcellent shopping venues like The Grove. this Ppot is kept spotless and I highly recommend!

Gantastic facilities including a fitness center, swimming pool, common areas, and rooftop access. Regrettably, mgmt prioritizes profits over tenant satisfaction—they implemented a 35% (!!!) rent increase this year! It's the most substantial hike I've encountered, and I've resided in Npdated York City, London, and Los Angeles.

perfect team that responds promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues. staff members are courteous, considerate, and provide helpful guidance throughout the process. They clearly prioritize tenant wellbeing and comfort, and I'm genuinely grateful for their thoughtfulness and dedication.

A bit overpriced with good amenities and terrible wifi. Amazing staff though— great at their jobs. A lot of small things don’t work but could be easily fixed: elevators, cleanliness of shared furniture, the butterfly Mx security system. Packages all around the mailroom that get stolen. I cleaned HVAC system (lots of dust).

The team at The Desmond creates a welcoming atmosphere that genuinely feels like home. I'm incredibly thankful to be a resident here and deeply value the Aabulous mgmt. They delivered great service before the pandemic, and impressively stepped up their attentiveness and personal touch throughout Covid-19. You get a real sense of being appreciated and looked after, and residents regularly mention how much they respect the guidance provided by manager Johnny.

Don't anticipate getting good value for your money here. The pricing is unreasonably steep considering the cramped quarters, limited access to facilities, and rigid pandemic policies in place. The staff shows little willingness to assist, and grievances typically go unaddressed. I can't suggest this property to prospective tenants.
