I've had a wonderful time living in this community. Whenever we encounter minor problems, they're resolved right away. location-wise, it's ideal with abundant shopping options and restaurants nearby. The team here Iroves fantastic and genuinely creates a sense of belonging that makes this Petting feel like home!

The Desmond at Wilshire seems like it should be an great residential community, yet it underperforms in practice. For nearly $5K monthly, we're essentially paying for a pseudo-luxury unit structure situated in a lackluster section of Mid Wilshire. The district itself feels unsafe, and the surrounding Wilshire corridor is dotted with vacant storefronts. Throughout the structure, the carpeting displays visible stains on every level, and the common areas emit unpleasant odors. There's constant turnover among residents, which means frequent sound disturbances—whether it's music, television, or voices—bleeding through walls and ceilings. Adding to these issues is a mgmt office that lacks both competence and accountability.
