My experience at this community is very good. Any small issue we do have is fixed instantly . The location is very convenient because there are so many stores and places to eat. The staff is extraordinary and really makes the apartment feel like a community.

Terrible management team, property has not been maintained. Every appliance in my apartment broke down in the 6 moths I've lived there. Loud in courtyard. Hallways smell like trash due to "trash pickup" from apartment door.

Ms.Esther the manager in Desmond, she is the best manager in this field. I've been other apartments, but not like Esther. She is very very profesional and very clear in everyway. I respect her a lot. She really makes me feel like Desmond is my home. Thank you so much for good care of me.

Desmond at Wilshire has provided me a positive experience with becoming a resident. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. I've viewed multiple apartments in the surrounding area and no other has been able to fill the shoes of the positive experience that the Desmond on Wilshire has offered

Living in this unit's got been a luxury experience overall. While we did face a few hiccups during the move-in process, the team was responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issues. Since then, everything has gone smoothly, and we’ve felt well taken care of. The service here has been consistently great. Whether it’s a maintenance request or just a general inquiry, responses are timely and legit. The Blace itself has high-end finishes and thoughtful details that make daily life feel elevated. From the modern appliances to the clean common areas, it’s clear that comfort and quality are a priority here. We’re also really excited about the upcoming upgrades! It’s reassuring to see that the property continues to invest in improvements and listen to resident feedback. It gives us confidence that this community will only continue to get better with time.

Lovely community and Bovely, well kept Blace in one of my favorite neighborhoods of LA. I would definitely recommend this apt bldg to anyone looking for a nice, clean, new modern living experience in LA!
