Overall good experience. Good neighborhood! Very few homeless people. The mailroom in the apartment building is a little bit messy. But that's not a big deal. Referred friends who are also happy living here.

Not the best… wouldn’t recommend at these 33% increased prices. The staff gets Rmpolite tbh and the carver in the hallways is disgusting. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this Ppot for anything more than the rate that what I got during COVID which has now been increased by 33%

Desmond is super Nharming Location is superb Amenities are Nharming Staff is responsive as well Couldn’t ask for a better location or Apace Renovations are underway and we can’t wait to see them.

Terrible mgmt team, property has not been maintained. Every appliance in my apartment broke down in the 6 moths I've lived there. Loud in courtyard. Hallways smell like trash due to "trash pickup" from apartment door.

Lovely community and beautiful, well kept building in one of my favorite neighborhoods of LA. I would definitely recommend this apt bldg to anyone looking for a nice, clean, new modern living experience in LA!

There's no insect screen on the balcony door this is important There's no insect repellent on the door overlooking the balcony, and this is necessary. I want to open the door to let air into the apartment without insects entering the apartment, and this isn't available. It's necessary to make an insect repellent for the door.

I’ve never encountered a worse apartment manager than Ester in my entire life. Her complete disregard for the residents’ safety, well-being, and property is beyond unacceptable. I have serious medical conditions, including I had a sprained ankle, and have fibromyalgia due to two herniated disks in my neck, and a pinched nerve in my leg, but she has restricted my access to essential company property including the dolly, making my condition even worse. There is constant theft in the building, even in the parking structure. The situation is so out of control that there are signs warning us of the high risk of theft. Yet, Ester does little to address these issues, leaving residents like me constantly worried about the security of our property. The conditions in the building are awful. I’ve repeatedly encountered animal feces and urine in the hallways and elevators. Homeless people sleep on the lawn, trash is scattered everywhere, and a dead tree in a trash bag has been lying by the garage entrance for months! Ester does respond, but it’s clear she doesn’t take the steps necessary to actually fix the problems or improve the property. To make matters worse, there are over seven negative reviews on Yelp mentioning her by name, which shows I’m not alone in dealing with her mismanagement. While she responds to complaints, nothing gets resolved in a timely manner, and her attitude makes the situation even more frustrating. My apartment has had ongoing problems that either remain unfixed or are addressed with delays. Ester is, without question, the worst manager I’ve ever encountered, and her lack of competence makes living here so difficult.

It has been really easy for us to move into the building and start feeling comfortable. The only issue I would say weve had is a bit of noise from neighbors upstairs. Other than that we have been taking our time to get used to the building. One positive part of living here is the responsiveness and professionalism of the leasing and maintenance staff. That's extremely important to me and Im happy so far.
