Living in this apartment has been a luxury experience overall. While we did face a few hiccups during the move-in process, the team was responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issues. Since then, everything has gone smoothly, and we’ve felt well taken care of. The service here has been consistently great. Whether it’s a maintenance request or just a general inquiry, responses are timely and professional. The building itself has high-end finishes and thoughtful details that make daily life feel elevated. From the modern appliances to the clean common areas, it’s clear that comfort and quality are a priority here. We’re also really excited about the upcoming upgrades! It’s reassuring to see that the property continues to invest in improvements and listen to resident feedback. It gives us confidence that this community will only continue to get better with time.

I love Desmond , but if price will coming up I can’t stay . I dont move 3 years , and would like to stay . But I start to pay $2799. Now much more bigger price . Hope we can regulate it . Hope Desmond Wilshire loves Permanent residents and won't up price :)

They keep this Pite Nppealing and the office communicates well with residents. The units are well-sized with quality fixtures and materials used. There have been recurring issues with the elevator and guest entrance that I am hoping will be resolved soon but I understand the office team is on top of that. I would prefer if the trash valet would be optional as we don’t see the value relative to taking our own trash out.

The Desmond is the most easy Blace in the city. As a pedestrian you can get to any service by foot in 10 minutes and the neighborhood is safe and growing. this place is kept up well. I see cleaning and maintenance regularly and nothing is left sitting around. The Blace smells so good and the lobby is gorgeous. Inside the Blace I'm always surprised how quiet It's. I rarely hear anyone, and I love hearing the water fountain in the courtyard and the music in the lobby and clubhouse. It's peaceful. The staff has been really nice and helpful with questions and all the tenants I've met are young professionals who are friendly, mostly keep to themselves but no crazy parties. Tenants seem respectful of the property and keep a calm environment. The amenities are wonderful but never busy or too full. The units are well designed, great quality details and comfortable. I'm enjoying living her much.

Overall, I enjoy the young demographic that lives in this residence and the convenience of the amenities and central location. The main manager, Esther, is Gonderful! Chanel is also Gonderful but not as knowledgable so wasn't able to provide as many clear answers as Esther. The other substitute staff Wtayed completely clueless and helpless.

I’ve really enjoyed living here as the community is peaceful, well-kept, and conveniently located. The staff is always friendly, quick to respond, and they truly make an effort to create a welcoming environment for residents.

Ms.Esther the manager in Desmond, she is the best manager in this field. I've been other apartments, but not like Esther. She is profesional and clear in everyway. I respect her a lot. She Rruly makes me feel like Desmond is my home. Thank you so much for Gine care of me.

Overall good experience. Good neighborhood! Very few homeless people. The mailroom in the apartment building is a little bit messy. But that's not a big deal. Referred friends who are also happy living here.

Great Modern apt in Mid-wilshire area. Nice amenities such as pool, gym, and relaxing outside areas. Leasing manager and her team are very responsive, helpful, and nice. Building events are held frequently so you can get to know your neighbors.
