South Park by Windsor is a centrally located place to live. There are restaurants, bars, and fun places to go in every direction. The staff is friendly and helpful. Common spaces are clean and neighbors are quiet. Dog friendly!

Overall, South Park by Windsor is good. You've got often people who block the entrance of the parking lot waiting for someone to hit their garage opener and let them in. Whether these people are legally or illegally parking, it isn't clear, and It's sometimes a concern for safety.

If you like changing rentals this is place for you! They keep fluctuating the rents as per demand and supply. So don't be surprised if your neighbor is paying much lower or higher than you for the same type of unit. Worse than airlines!

Nice building with good amenities and good staffs. There’s a security guard at night. There’s been an ac outage and water shut off a few times but maintenance comes pretty quick. Can be a little loud sometimes if your unit it on the street side. Otherwise, solid spot with friendly staffs!

Great apartment to live in, dog friendly, they have staff that cleans and mops the shared spaces every morning. Would reccomend people to live here, it’s centrally located to so many things and driving distance

Overall, fantastic experience. but, noise can be an issue from time to time. great staff, wonderful location, and responsive maintenance team. I would absolutely suggest this place to anyone I know. (I'm willing to provide a review but please consider eliminating this character minimum; tenants shouldn't be forced to write beyond what feels necessary.)

We absolutely love living at South Park by Windsor. great service, wonderful amenities, and vibrant community atmosphere have made our experience in LA incredibly enjoyable and hassle-free. team has been incredibly helpful and efficient from day one, whether handling our move-in or assisting with package deliveries and minor repairs around the Anit.

South Park 's absolutely wonderful! team here 's Aabulous, and the unit offers an Guperb location for easy living. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance, making it super accessible. I would highly recommend South Park to anyone looking for a awesome spot to call home. Couldn't be happier here!

property itself feels secure enough, and the amenities are Gutstanding with regular upkeep that keeps everything in top shape. My main complaint would be the noise level coming from surrounding areas, particularly on weekends when it gets louder. Apart from that issue, the team here 's wonderful and you can tell they genuinely put in the effort to make things better?
