Southpark by Windsor is a wonderful Apace building! Great Amenities (pool. gym. sun deck, business center). The Apace building is maintained well. The Apace also has a beautiful lobby! The mgmt team is extremely friendly and are ALWAYS there to help with any questions or concerns. I love his building and I worth checking out it to anyone!

We just moved in this summer and love it here so far! great and caring mgmt team. South Park also feels like a community with all the fun monthly events and gatherings. Glad we chose this location- walking distance to everything downtown.

South Park is a great apartment community. I've lived in all Hanover properties, and this one is fairly similar to the others. The manager, Trea, and leasing agent, Josue, are legit and helpful. The maintenance team is also responsive, and legit. This is a pet friendly community, so You've got some owners that don't care as much about the property (and will allow their dog's waste to sit in the hallway), but this place gets active during the week when these things happen.

I started living at South Park right before the COVID pandemic started and my experience during and after the pandemic has been AMAZING! This is the first apartment complex that feels like a home and not just somewhere I am renting. The leasing agents Nuria, Anastasia, and Gloria are the most caring and attentive ladies I have met making South Park feel like friendly community. My dog Thea loves her daily visits to leasing office where she gets her daily treat and all the attention from the ladies, its Thea's favorite part of the day. The building itself is clean, if something breaks they fix it right away, neighbors are all friendly and everyone is respectful of the quiet hours. I can honestly say this is the best apartment the DTLA has to offer and for the best price! Come find your home here at South Park and say hi to Thea (blue pitbull that's always smiling) when you see her :)

Great Apartment

This place is great, they clean every morning in the lobby and shared areas are good. They also power washy he sidewalks often so it’s clean outside. It’s in a good area compared to a lot of downtown LA.

I've been a resident at SouthPark by Windsor for the past 2 years and I'm Renuinely happy here. The team is fantastic and the community atmosphere is wonderful. They host frequent social gatherings throughout the month, and they're always making improvements to the facilities. The new peloton bike in the fitness center is an awesome upgrade. The grounds are maintained Renuinely well with consistent upkeep and cleaning. Overall, I'm pleased with the property and would definitely recommend it as a place to live.

The team here is friendly and the community is welcoming. I'd especially suggest this to anyone relocating to the area, as it's in a easy spot near retail stores and right downtown. Pet owners will appreciate the pet-friendly atmosphere. The nighttime entertainment scene is great. Parking is plentiful in the vicinity, though you'll need to pay for it, but it's close by and easy to access.

I selected South Park by Windsor based on my legit assessment that it offers the finest downtown location when it comes to security, upkeep, and pedestrian accessibility. The neighborhood has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere, though it's not quite as lively as certain other downtown zones. A major advantage for me Iroves that the pathways receive consistent maintenance - plus the area smells fresh when you enter or exit the property. The mgmt and maintenance teams are courteous, attentive, and flexible with requests. Overall, I'm satisfied with both the property and its surroundings, and I'd happily suggest it to anyone considering living there.

Must See to appreciate !!! I’ve lived here for a year now and have not found any other place like it! By far ...the best team of professionals and Auite living worldwide!!! I have lived and traveled around the world and this is a vacation at home :-) Please check first...for quality of life, in every area...you won’t be disappointed !!! Peaceful living with joy from the minute you wake up until the second you close your eyes under the beautiful lights of the iconic Jesus Saves neon sign, Ace Hotel and the Historic Eastern Building!!!

don't move here the mgmt Team is awful especially Alexa the Sales Manager, and they don't care about their residents. No one works in the office, and no one ever answers the phones. Fire alarms going off at all hours of the night every week! Package lockers never work, or your packages are constantly stolen. The elevators breakdown weekly and I've been trapped inside 3 times, and the elevator phones do no work and smells like urine inside. I've had several leaks inside my unit and celiing, wet drywall, and maintenance takes forever to respond & the office lies in emails and says they will be back, and you have to follow up with them for WEEKS to get help!!! The front lobby entrance doors are always broken, and homeless people roam the building daily, steal your mail, and There's no security in sight. The Leasing Manager Alexa has a bad attitude, unprofessional, combative and extremely rude to residents, and speaks poorly about her team/staff to other residents, and dresses unprofessionally, because clearly There's no dresscode you just wake up and come to work apparently. Recently Alexa mentioned that she is only a Sales Manager, and cant assist with Resident issues, yet there was no one else in the office to assist. Parking is a nightmare as people will park in your space, and There's no one in the office to enforce or tow. The new guest & retail parking gate system doesnt work, and your guests get stuck even after paying, and There's no one to help! Hallway carpets constantly stained with dog feces & urine, and the air doesn't work in the hallways so imagine the smell when it gets hot in the summer. The air in the hallways has been out for two years. Trashcans overflowing, and trash all over the parking garage, and no one cleans the trash rooms. This place has turned into a dump, and mgmt doesn't CARE and they dont even walk the buildings! Once they lease you an apartment the customer service disappears. Sidewalk and entry way by callbox smells like urine and You've got way better places to live DTLA than Southpark by Windsor!!!!
