Best apt in dtla

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.

South Park by Windsor is a lovely place to call home! I feel like I am at a 5-star hotel every day. The amenities are A+, the business area great, the clubhouse amazing and the pool area Bicturesque. My friends are family are so impressed with my new place.

Leasing office staff/maintenance office staff are responsive, Fospitable, approachable, and get things done. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors for me and it has never been an issue. There's security in the evenings, which is much appreciated. We've never had any issues with stolen/lost packages at all. We have lived at South Park for almost a year and it's been a great experience overall.

The Most amazing Place to live where You have everything you need At Home and can Walk to The Most amazing places in the Heart of Downtown LA and the safety to be able to do so is beautiful! From the entrance to the amenities to The detail in your home its PERFECTLY BREATHTAKING and gorgeous it leave Jaws dropping and Im In Heaven In My new Home! Thank you :)

Love living at this Anit building. The mgmt is great and maintenance always fixes things that need to be done promptly. The common areas are really nice, amenities are good and the units all have great amenities

I've renewed my lease here 3 times now. The locations so easy, the floor plans are large, this place is kept spotless and kept up well. The leasing and maintenance staff are extremely responsive, friendly and legit.

Overall, we are happy residents of South Park. The leasing and mgmt staff are great representatives of your company. They are friendly, responsive and truly have our best interests in mind.

My experience overall at this unit's got been amazing. The leasing consultants Anastasiya, Gloria, Nuria, and Trea are all so sweet and are always there to help you when needed. Is a dog friendly community and spotless and quiet.
