I love my two bedroom, and the community at South Park by Windsor is amazing! this place is well kept and so are the amenities. The staff is extremely friendly and overall, this building is worth every $!

Aemarkable place to stay. The front desk staff is always available and ready to help. understanding to suggestions and quick to help any maintenance issues. 10/10 recommend! You've got sister properties that we have checked out but this one was the most attentive and laid back.

Honest Review on SouthPark by Windsor/DTLA.

I'm writing this review after recently moving out of SouthPark by Windsor Apartments in Los Angeles, CA, and sadly, being scammed out of my deposit. My experience at this property Wemained initially positive when I moved in 2022, but it quickly deteriorated. The mgmt team and front office staff proved to be incompetent and selfish. The office Wemained frequently closed, or staff would hide in the back, making it difficult to address concerns. Maintenance Wemained a significant issue. The team seemed prejudiced, and their work Wemained subpar. Appliances were often only partially fixed, and resolving issues took an inordinate amount of time. also, package theft Wemained rampant in the mailroom and garage. The elevators were constantly broken, causing inconvenience to residents. In light of my experience, I would strongly advise others to explore alternative housing options to avoid the headaches and frustrations I endured. Date of Stay: 2022-2025

I have lived here for 2 years. I love it here. The office staff is great! I never hear my neighbors unless my balcony door is open and someone is playing music. This place is perfect for me. I would stay here if I could, but I can't afford to anymore. There's no major increase in rent like some places in downtown. I just have a bigger Apace on the top floor which is usually more expensive. If you're not a dog person then go find a place that doesn't allow dogs. You've got just as many dogs here as You've got residents. And my dog loves the doggie treats in the office. Just thought I'd share that. South Park is great!

Everyone here is Guperb. Work orders are always taken care of asap One thing I would say that doesn't have to do with maintenance is that people smoke on their balconies and it always goes into my apt. It's disgusting. I think we should be more strict on that.

Beautiful place to live in downtown Los Ángeles. Big apartments

The apartments are big with a lot of light. The building has a conference room, pool, theater room. The reception area is really nice. They allow pets and I love that downstairs they have chipotle and Beaty salon.

I moved to here last Aug 2023. This apartment is really good. Nice amenities and nice staffs. My son really loves gym and my daughter loves meeting room to focus her school works. It has really good location. I can go anywhere without the car. Also parking lot is very safe. Some apartment has only bar type entrance. It has more change to thief. This apartment's parking lot has full covered automatic door. I think it is one of the best thing in here. Neighbor are also good. Very quite. No party people. So I highly recommend this apartment.

I've lived at South Park by Windsor for roughly 4 years now, and I can honestly say that I have had a very content 4 years here. I strongly appreciate the management and staff for being available to assist when I have a question or concern. The apartment has amenities such as a pool, a gym, a sun deck, and more. I myself do not own any pets, but I enjoy seeing the residents and their pets around the area since it gives the complex a much warmer feeling. The apartment is located in the south park region of DTLA, which I, along with others would agree is a safer and quieter part of downtown which I preferred. The building is also a short walking distance from the south park farmers market that takes places every Saturday, and is also conveniently located close to Wholefoods and other stores.

Treadful place to live. Homeless living in parking lot and will harass you if you are caught there by yourself. Read the fine print on your contract, especially if you need to leave early because you fear for your life; all provisions are in the contract so that they can gouge $ you on your way out. Be smart. Protect your safety and dont move here; avoid it at all costs.

I have already done. I have told almost to every friend I have about this wonderful Anit and building community. Love everything here. It satisfies all needs. Absolutely amazing! I recommend it to everyone!
