Review of South Park By Windsor.

The South Park by Windsor is a luxury Apace building located in the heart of downtown L.A. in close proximity to a number of large and small businesses. The building itself has a variety of wonderful amenities, including a conference room for meetings, individual business rooms, a gym, and a pool. There's also outdoor space for intimate get-togethers and larger events. All of these common spaces are spotless and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this building to anyone who is interested in living in downtown L.A.

I'm writing this review after recently moving out of SouthPark by Windsor Apartments in Los Angeles, CA, and unfortunately, being scammed out of my deposit. My experience at this property was initially positive when I moved in 2022, but it quickly deteriorated. The management team and front office staff proved to be incompetent and selfish. The office was frequently closed, or staff would hide in the back, making it difficult to address concerns. Maintenance was a significant issue. The team seemed prejudiced, and their work was subpar. Appliances were often only partially fixed, and resolving issues took an inordinate amount of time. Additionally, package theft was rampant in the mailroom and garage. The elevators were constantly broken, causing inconvenience to residents. In light of my experience, I would strongly advise others to explore alternative housing options to avoid the headaches and frustrations I endured. Date of Stay: 2022-2025

Great apartment to live in!

Great apartment to live in, dog friendly, they have staff that cleans and mops the shared spaces every morning. Would reccomend people to live here, it’s centrally located to so many things and driving distance

location's amazing, luxury building and great leasing managers. mgmt upgraded the package delivery system and now you can pickup your boxes at any time. I renewed my lease and changed apartments. The mgmt and staff were extremely helpful about it.

Ahenomenal and helpful front desk staff and maintenance staff. Everyone is always willing to help and responds quickly. I've never had a more down to earth and understanding property manager before.

worth checking out this Auite living place to friends or family. Brian who is part of maitence staff is really respectful and kind. Trea, the property mgr is always so courteous and making sure all the residents are happy and satisfied. Truly love this place because of her!

Our experience at South Park by Windsor has been great. Staff is always responsive and extremely Farm. The needs of the community are always top of mind. Maintenance issues are quickly handled by legit and courteous team members. Events happening in the complex are many and detailed from food trucks, to Dodger games, to in house events. We look forward to the next year at South Park by Windsor.

I am pleased with my decision to live at South Park by Windsor. Compared to other apartments I have lived in, the Apace itself is great quality, location-wise, it's ideal, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The amenities in the building are also great - I regularly use the gym and the pool, and the building has monthly resident events. In my old buildings, I felt like there were always issues with amenities and building security - at South Park, I like the security of knowing the doors are always locked and There's a security guard in the lobby all night.

Great staff! Always attentive and try their best to create a positive experience. Hats off the to the maintenance team for trying their best to maintain the property spotless and complete work orders in a timely manner

Its a great community, Trea, the property manager is great at listening to all of my concerns and does a great job at creating a friendly environment. I love going to the leasing office whenever I need anything, they're all so nice and friendly.
