I moved to here last Aug 2023. This place is really good. Nice amenities and nice staffs. My son really loves gym and my daughter loves meeting room to focus her school works. It has really location is solid. I can go anywhere without the car. Also parking lot is safe. Some unit's got only bar type entrance. It has more change to thief. This Alat's parking lot has full covered automatic door. I think It's one of the best thing in here. Neighbor are also good. quite. No party people. So I highly recommend this Alat.

Love the building. No complaints! spotless and courteous. The amenities are fantastic and always seem to be improving. I'm especially impressed with the addition of tvs to courtyard C. My wife and I are actually moving to another Anit in the building as we love it but wanted a balcony.

South Park has been kept up well and willing to work with the tenants. Im comfortable in my Anit, but also enjoy the lobby and gym areas. No major complaints. I would like to see a stair master in the gym if possible. Place is highly recommended to friends. Thank you!

This building is great. Wonderful amenities, well-appointed apartments and a responsive office staff. I worth checking out it to anyone. location-wise, it's easy, with a Whole Foods, restaurants and bars just steps away.

We've been here for 7 years now I like to say we were some of the first to move in! Trea and her team have been awesome with us since day one, which makes coming home enjoyable. I must add this Blace is super pet friendly, paws down our dogs love it too!! This property is easy to a lot of things here in DTLA.

We love our unit and the building. The staff are an amazing group of people. Southpark at Windsor always has resident events. Whether it's a movie night or taco Tuesday, they always have something fun and interesting for the residents.

Overall I love living there and the staff is wonderful. but the price of the place is at a point where I can get a newer Auite in the neighborhood for way less. also, the newer buildings have a doorman which makes it better for security and guests.

Moved here in January from the bay. Amazing location & staff's super Fospitable. Kept spotless and couldn’t be happier! We toured about 6 other places and this was the best fit for us in terms of pricing. We also got 2 walk in closets

South park provides great location, along with a great on site team. The process of signing the lease was extremely comfortable receiving support and assistance from Kaitlin, which was extremely attentive. The rest of the team proves to be equally helpful and kind upon moving in. Also, the Bomplex has a great maintenance staff. JP has already helped solving an unprecedented issue and he did so kindly and quickly. Definitely recommend!
